“This place is perfect for staying in the middle to Crosby and walking to everywhere it has to offer. The units themselves seem new and very nice. The brick building has some charm. The bathrooms super nice. Highly recommend and hopefully the affordable prices stay which makes it a perfect place to stay!”

“Staff was so friendly, and breakfast was actually really good, and beds were comfortable. We stayed in a double queen basic room and the bathroom was very small and had black mold in the caulking and on the ceiling of the shower, walls aren’t soundproof, you will hear your neighbors, and the carpet felt sticky on bare feet, easy fix just wore my flip flops the entire time. I wouldn’t stay again but only because it was further away than we thought from our family that live in Breezy.”

“The water park is GREAT! Breakfast was GREAT! I feel like the curtains and carpet in the rooms are still from the 70’s and they do hold that dusty old sort of smell. If the hotel owners could spend to improve that you would definitely have a brand new-ish hotel! We enjoyed our stay either way and would go again.”

“This hotel was clean and had comfortable beds. The location was great, close to everything in Nisswa. Downside was the shower was awful. No water pressure and the towels were small and rough. Plus there were only two bath towels in our room and since this hotel has NO staff and you check in with a code for your door there is no one there to assist you or to ask for more towels or anything else you may need.”

“After reading reviews I honestly did not set my expectations high, however the stay exceeded my expectations. The check in went very well. I cannot recall the name of the woman but she was professional and very helpful in answering questions. The property is dated, but the areas we saw and our room were very clean. It was a Saturday evening and the hotel was quiet. The breakfast was as described in reviews, bananas, apples, yoghurt, make your own waffle, mini muffins and some pretty awful……

“Unique!! Yes! Very Old Dishevled Building. No Security. Zero amenities The advertised DID NOT Exist!! FILTHY FLOORS. Water Faucets do not work! No screens in the windows. Every Other Room is SMOKING!! The place is an ash try!! Some Staff Member used my debit Card! There Employees live permantly It run by Capital Vacations!! Stay in a tent At least you would know what you have!! !”
