“This was a very lovely property, floor to ceiling windows overlooking beautiful trees. Interior was as described, and very comfortable. The home was very well appointed, with high quality bedding and towels, kitchen supplies and Smart TVs and Amazon Alexa for music. Communication with Property Manager was prompt and the directions to the property and check-in/check-out instructions were straightforward. “I was a little nervous booking this property given no reviews but the host was very hospitable and communication was excellent. We spent most of the time on the super comfortable couch right by the kitchen. The game room was perfect for our 4 young kids and they played for hours on the foozball and pinball machine while the adults gathered by the fireplace on the cozy couch. “Everything was really great, about the cleanest place we’ve ever been at. House looks very modern our favorite part of the house was the kitchen and the backyard. Backyard=OUTSTANDING!! However it did have its cons. In the living room the curtains were stained red (not to sure what it might be) on the roof in the living room there’s a huge water leak, it runs near the tv. “This was a great property for our family of four + one dog. The house was spacious, and we loved the large backyard and Infinity game table. We played lots of Monopoly! We had a good experience, but I have recommendations for the property owner and for those who are considering a stay. The showers had no soap or shampoo & conditioner. Not that big of a deal. We usually travel with the essentials, but we did have to run out and buy soap for showering. The kitchen also lacked basic essentials,……

“Loved all of the amenities - the Traeger, kids playhouse, shuffleboard table, ping pong, and basketball game. Easily occupied with fun stuff for both adults and kids. I’m glad they extended our checkout to later, there was literally no way we as a family could’ve gotten out of the house by 10. But they were very accommodating on both sides of checkin, and the wonderful house plus that puts this pretty high on our return to list.”

“We had a very pleasant stay and the property was great and exactly as advertised. The only pushback I would give is that while there is a cleaning fee, the property management has set a rule that the tenants must, not only, take all the trash from the property out, but transport the trash to an offsite location to be dumped. “Overall this was a great place to stay. We had a group of 3 families - 6 adults and 5 kids (2-6 years old). It was a spacious place for the kids to play. I could also see this as a good place for a large family gathering. Nothing in the house is brand new or top end, but I wouldn't expect that when I was renting it.
