「The staff and the breakfast are excellent.」

「Amazing hotel in the heart of old Batumi with spacious and well-designed rooms, excellent breakfast and super service. Avto went above and beyond to make us comfortable and taken care of. I highly recommend this hotel.」

「This is not a hotel. It is somebody’s condominium. Upon entering the building you’re stuck finding the owner. It has no pool, no available parking. The building is still under deconstruction so you’re stuck, listening construction noises .」

「I liked the hotel in general, good location, relatively new, good facilities and good breakfast. The problem was the staff that in general didn't help as expected when the toilet was leaking, the metal towel hangers were broken and other issues such as early check-in request that went unanswered completely. A pretty good hotel that could be better in terms of service and maintenance.」

「Perfect place perfect service」

「The staff are impolite」

「The receptionist is so welcoming , never see this level before in whole Georgia, she is amazing smiling finding solution when needed and so respectful」

「We stayed only 2 days instead of 5 because: we found ants, no light in the bedroom, NO WATER FROM 4 am to 2 pm the next day. NOT EVEN A DROP OF WATER!!!! When we arrived at the place where the reservation said that was our apartment, they send us an email telling us to go to a different building!!!! After we asked for the refund, we went to a beautiful little hotel call BLACK SEA STAR HOTEL FOR THE SAME PRICE, BREAKFAST INCLUDED in a nice place with nice staff. It was a very disappointing...

「The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

「The variety of the food was really good and tasty. Ladies serving and refilling the dishes were polite, helpfull, friendly and fun as well Location is very convenient for foot traffic or to get on the bus to go to the airport, Botanical garden, etc. The price for the room was also very good! I found it an excellent deal and would return!」
