Our Suites with Hot Tubs are quite large and have full kitchens. We will make certain that this issue is addressed. We never heard from you while you stayed at our hotel that there was an issue. We recommend always contacting hotel staff to address any issue you have while at the property so that we are able to address any concerns or problems you might have. Thank you.

Thank you for your review and your feedback. Our policy provides access to our pool area for hotel guests only. Your pool access is for the maximum guests per room. Beyond that outside guests will need to purchase a pool pass. We have a popular pool area and we want to provide the best service possible.
