「Staff is rude」

「The front desk staff was very accommodating and super helpful. She told us where additional parking was after she heard we might be out late one night, as parking there can be kind of tight. She also verified the room was ready and clean herself when we checked in just a touch early. The beds were nice and comfortable and all the amenities were a nice quality.」

「Parking is a nightmare very tight. Check in you have to go through the hotel which they didn’t tell us. Pool is small and not very clean. Room was not very clean, had musty smell. Overall would not recommend.」

「Floor was very dirty, microwave broken,fridge soaked my leftovers covered in ice/water. Window/curtain situation is dreadful. Looked like it was 8 am throughout the whole night.」

「The property is dated. The bed and towels were all clean and fresh. The air conditioner is in the wall and a little noisy. For a nights sleep this worked. Susie at the front desk was pleasant and easy to speak with. Willing to be helpful in all ways.」

「The main thing I didn't like was that the room was small for 2 people. It was clean so no issues there, it was just to small. Oh, and no good channels on the TV so very early to bed it was. Pool area was nice but the water was quite warm, but so was the weather. I think our next visit to HHI we will rent a condo.」

「Spacious clean room with microwave and refrigerator. No coffee maker but there was some near the check in room. Free OJ, milk, muffins, various munchies. Free parking. A reward if you check out before 10 am.」

「I wish I could have given a 5 star review however, for a day and a half there wasn’t any hot water. Things like that can happen. An issue that shouldn’t have happened was when the cleaning people left my room door open and it was like that for quite some time. They extended the dead bolt so the door wouldn’t close and then left it like that. We were gone for the day so we found it open when we came back. They also do not have a room safe which I think is unfortunate.」
