The living area includes a flat-screen TV and a Queen sleeper sofa. There is a dining table with seating for 6 and additional outdoor seating for 4 on the balcony. The primary bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed, attached full bathroom with a tub and shower combination, a flat-screen TV, and has access to the balcony with amazing views. The guest bedroom is furnished with a Queen size bed and a flat-screen TV. The second bathroom is located in the hall just outside the bedroom door and has a tub and shower combination. This condo is a great option for family getaways or couples!

Lighthouse Point Condominium is located on the quiet North end of Tybee Island, directly on the bay where the Savannah River meets the Atlantic Ocean. Enjoy spectacular views and long walks on the north end of Tybee. The beaches on the north end are natural and serene with no real wave action. Watch the dolphins play and the ships traveling through the channel.
Lighthouse Point is a gated condo complex, featuring private beach access, tennis courts, community WIFI access, playground, two large swimming pools (45X25 and 50X20) and a kid pool (18X10). The complex is situated near the Tybee Island Light Station and museum, and Jaycee Park. There are 2 parking spaces, 1 assigned, 1 unassigned.

POOLS: Lighthouse Point pools are open. Limited occupancy and periodic cleaning throughout the day. (Subject to change due to HOA Guidelines).
