Inside, the open-concept living area invites you to unwind on a queen-size sleeper sofa and two club chairs while enjoying a large Smart TV. The place is super clean in a great beachfront location. Beds were comfy. My only suggestion, - please keep beach chairs in the unit for guests to use. Very frustrating having to rent those.

The check in process was super easy. We had problems with the coffee pot and the hot tub not heating. We stopped in at the office on our way off the island. They gave us a new coffee pot and the hot tub was hot and ready for us to get in. They were easy to work with on these issues. We used the hot tub every evening. We will definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL PLACE

This property was just as pictured. Very very clean when we got there, and AC was on already. We appreciated that we got a text as soon as the condo was ready so we were able to check in a little early. The bathroom showers were amazing, the kitchen appliances were clean and updated, washer/dryer worked well. And the hot tub and patio were an added plus, and also very clean. Our family was very comfortable here and we would definitely recommend this place!

The Gardens Condo

The condo was very spacious for our group of 6 girls. The outdoor patio was large and very private, which we loved. The pool area and bar/restaurant were a great bonus! Awesome drinks and food! The location is great as well, but I do recommend renting a golf cart (which we did) to explore the island, for shopping and restaurants. The only downfall for us was that check in is not located at the condos, which created an issue for us since we took an Uber from the airport. Overall, would highly recommend and would stay there again!

Privacy galore

The highlight of the condo is the private hot tub. You might hear your neighbors but you will never see them. The access to the beach couldn't have easier and it was awesome to have a restaurant that we could walk to. The only downside was the management was stingy with supplies -- for a 4 night stay we only had 6 washcloths (for a family of 5) and only 3 dishwasher tabs. We had to run laundry to get clean linens and had to wash dishes by hand in order to preserve a tab for checkout. When we inquired if we could pick up more we were told we would have to get some from the IGA.

Perfect Family Stay

The property was perfect for me, my husband, mom, sister, my teenage son and my 1 and half year old daughter. We wanted to ensure we had plenty of space to relax and do our "own thing" if needed during the vacation. The condo allowed us have our own rooms that were spacious. The open floor plan and high ceilings made the stay even better! We loved sitting out on the patio in the evenings together. We loved the fact the condo is on the beach. It was a 1 min walk to having your chair in the sand and relaxing. The pool access was nice as well. My daughter enjoyed the kid area. This was our first trip to Tybee and we will definitely be back! I would recommend this condo to any family planning a trip.

Very clean, pictures do not do this property justice!

Unit was a little difficult to find within the complex but it was definitely worth the search! This unit is large and open and airy. Plenty of natural light, high ceilings, even a pretty stained glass window to catch the evening sun. Nice furnishings, lovely kitchen, everything in working order. Garden courtyard was such a nice touch. Unit is extremely clean, which is super important during covid and when traveling with children. Would 100% stay at this property again and again.

The condo is a great size with wonderful amenities. However, it was not very clean and not nearly enough towels for the capacity of people. Tile floors need scrubbed and deep cleaned.

Check in was painful/ condo wonderful

The office was hard to fine. And we got there thinking we could check in at 4 as it said check in was between 4 and 5:30. We took that as to mean arrive between that time. Our condo was not ready until right before 5:30. The other thing is that the office closed at 5- so I had to call the after office number to keep track of when we could get in. And then they had to contact someone else. It was painful. Should of been communicated to us that it would not be ready until after 5:30- but in my opinion that’s pretty late for a check In. The condo itself was great. Clean and spacious. Quick and easy access to beach. Hot tub was clean and nice to have on the chilly nights

Hidden gem

You wouldn’t suspect from the outside of the resort that this great space with high ceilings and a wonderful patio was inside. Nicely decorated and all amenities as described. Pool under construction, but weather not conducive for it anyway. Would love to return to enjoy that. Location on the island also terrific.
