Set in a 1930s Historic Inn now set up as your own personal retreat, this property is on the second floor 1BR/1BA on the South End of Tybee! Just a 1/2 block from the beach!

1BD/1BA suite is furnished w/ bright bold colors, a comfortable king-sized bed, private bath, full kitchen, and sitting area, plus access for streaming your Netflix & Hulu accounts! Homey eclectically furnished patio features swings, chairs & barbecue grills.

ONE FREE PARKING PASS good for your stay which allows parking Island-wide in public spaces which is worth $48 per 8 AM to 8 PM per day! This is only good during your stay and must be returned to the room prior to check out. If Pass is accidentally taken home or not returned will be billed ($500) to the guest, and a police report will be filed, no exceptions- please be considerate and thoughtful to the next guests! These passes are not disposable and very hard to come by.

Please be sure to check the weather, and look up local events/parades, road work, and tides before you arrive. Traffic can be backed up due to major events on the island, so it's a good idea to plan ahead and know what's going on! Tybee is a super fun place and our Island loves to have a good time. When it's Full Moon, the tides are higher than average and it is possible water can also cross over the main road coming onto the Island so please plan ahead for that. This does not happen during Super Moons & with King Tides!

All pets must be preapproved before booking. We do not allow cats/other animals.
*Dogs are WELCOME! However, you must indicate the size, breed, and age in your booking ahead of time, so please do not instantly book if you intend to bring a dog (Pitbull or Bully Breeds, Cane Corso, German Shepherd, Rottweiler, Dobermann or Any other aggressive breed are not allowed). A pet fee of $100 will be required per pet (2 pets max) and must be paid prior to check-in.

Please note that on the 7th day of your booking, you have the option to pay for a second cleaning to have fresh linens on the bed and new towels. However, starting from the 8th day, it's mandatory to have the cleaning service and fee.

My wife and I stayed at the 17th St Inn for the weekend and absolutely loved it. The location to the beach and restaurants was perfect. The room was extremely clean and communication for check in and check out was easy. I highly recommend here and will stay there again.

Girls trip

My girlfriends and I rented a room at the Inn to be across the street from the rest of our group. Perfect location, close to the beach and restaurants and the pier. The Inn is adorable, has a great outdoor patio area that is so cute. Room was very clean. Host very responsive to all messages. Would def recommend the Inn for your next stay in tybee.

Just stay here!!!

I picked this place bc my dream is to own a pink beach house someday! Pink is my signature color. But the house is perfect for staying at Tybee. Perfect location, steps to the beach. The deck and fun chairs are so quaint and inviting. It’s an older home so it had the charm that squeaks and crookedness bring to a place, but is so comfy and special. I was here to figure some things out in my life….it provided a perfect retreat to regenerate my thoughts and emotions. Very close to Savannah for day trips and walking distance from anything you need as well. Do not miss the sunrises. ☀️💖

Spring Break

Place was perfect for two adults. Owners have done a wonderful job updating this adorable Inn. Upstairs unit. Full kitchen with a dish washer was a nice addition that takes this over the edge of a hotel style room. Comfy King size bed. The only thing we missed was our own private porch but the weather was a bit chilly in the mornings to wake up with coffee outside, so we didn’t miss it. The shared patio area is amazing with swings, Adirondack chairs, fire pits, grills and outdoor Jenga, and showers to rinse off. Owners had a card to greet us and answered any questions we had almost immediately. Close walk to the beach. Walking distance to all restaurants and the adorable downtown area. We enjoyed our first trip to Tybee and can’t wait to stay in this adorable Pink Inn again!

Lovely Inn with great location

We loved the Inn! It's beautiful and so convenient to "downtown" Tybee and the beach. Room is small, but the outdoor shared space is amazing! Will definitely stay again!

Property is pet friendly. Easy beach access at end of block. Clean room..kitchen nice. Comfortable bed. Included parking pass a $$ saver b/c parking on the island is $4 per hour. Easy walk to many great restaurants. Host very attentive and easy to work with.

Great little place to stay

Awesome place to stay. Tiny, but why would you hang out in your room with the beach 2 blocks away? The parking pass is a lifesaver. Very nice attention to detail. My only complaint would be that the bed was not comfortable. At all. I would definitely stay here again.

From the time I booked this rental, I was immediately greeted and felt welcomed by the host Jenny. She was amazing from the day I booked through the day I left. Check in was a breeze and she even let me check in an hour early when I arrived to the island ahead of schedule. I have nothing bad to say about this place. It's literally within steps to the beach. The outdoor courtyard is great - shower for rinsing off, plenty of fans circulating the air, propane fire pits for ambience, plenty of seating, and a grill. The place itself was perfect for me on a solo trip. There's not much room to move around inside the unit but again that's what the courtyard is for. WiFi worked all the way down in the courtyard. Kitchen and bathroom are small and if it wasn't just me solo it might've been cramped in there. Parking was provided and I had a spot right out front. Hoping to reconnect with this host when I return next year.

Terrific Tybee Stay at 17th!

From the start of booking, Jenny was VERY helpful when I extended our stay past our original booking dates. When we arrived and had issues getting in due to the code, Jenny called immediately to help walk us through. I cant find the words to accurately describe how amazing and meaningful our stay was!!! The court yard was amazing! I will forever miss that pink porch swing!! The distance to the beach was perfect! Outside shower was very nice!! Fannies was very convenient! We had dinners there and even ordered take out. Miss that place! We traveled with our 6lb pup. The Inn is great for fur friends! We walked to all the shopping and dining! Theres so much to do! We did a dolphin tour, got treats at Sugar Shack and dined at Treylor Park. Tybee offers so much in a very quaint way! I would HIGHLY recommend staying at 17th Street. We also checked out the various styles of rooms available for future stays. A parking pass is offered- go anyplace on the island. Many memories made!’ Such a special place in our memories and hearts!

The smallness didn’t bother us a bit. The neighborhood was great and the outdoor common space was quaint and cozy. The cleanliness and lack of linens provided was an issue for us with a 5 day vacation. The duvet had not been washed and the common area had the same leftover pizza mess around the bar area all 5 days. None of the plants had been watered and looked rather sad. The cooler provided for the beach still had leftover food from previous guests and we were only provided one garbage bag for a full weeks stay. The details to the accommodations for the guests seemed to be an afterthought.
