The guest bedroom, has queen size bed, is perfect for family or friends. The living room has queen size sofa sleeper, allowing this condo to comfortably accomodate six guests. Covered parking makes unloading a breeze, so your vacation starts stress-free. The elevator makes it convenient for taking up suitcases.

Perched on the quiet north end of Tybee Island, Lighthouse Point sits at the unique meeting point of the Savannah River and the Atlantic Ocean. Here, the waves are gentle, the beaches are serene, and every day offers a front-row seat to nature's show. Family Vacation

We had the most wonderful time! Outstanding view of the ocean, with a porch swing to enjoy. Beautiful and clean. Could not be better! It was a perfect spot to get to the beach and enjoyed the sunrise and sunset. The deck is amazing, we ate all our meals at the high top table enjoying the gorgeous view! We will be back to stay again.

We loved the location of this condo for the island and the complex. The beach was never crowded. The condo was nice and pictures are pretty accurate. The elevator was broke, which wasn't a problem for us, but would be if you had packed coolers and young kids. I wish the house had beach chairs, etc. The description did not say it did, it just would have made it more enjoyable.

Condo needs deep cleaning and upgrade of furniture and rugs. Felt grimy. Couch has been there for years and years. Very worn. Reached out to host several times - no response. Sliding glass door difficult to open. Faucets worked poorly. Parking slot extremely narrow. But great location on island. Great view from balcony.

Nice but with issues

First, I'm not a fan of leaving negative reviews as things can and do happen; and judging by the other reviews mine was an isolated occurrence. Honestly if the owner had been responsive to my messages this review would not be necessary. There were several areas (rug, bathroom, washer and dryer) that were not clean and appeared to have not been cleaned in quire a while. On separate occasions we asked the management company for a vacuum and cleaning supplies. They offered to send out housekeeping, but each time we were headed out and did not have the time (nor desire) to make sure our valuables were stored away. I mentioned the cleanliness issue to the owner four times before she ever responded, and that was only after I phoned the management company with my concerns over her lack of responsiveness.

Great place for the family

I stayed here with my three kids for my daughter’s dance nationals in Savannah last week. Most of our friends also stayed at Lighthouse Beach Club. It worked out great! We enjoyed the pool and easy beachfront access. Our condo had an ocean view and we absolutely loved the porch swing! We didn’t realize beforehand there was one so it was a nice surprise to have on our balcony so we could sit and watch the cargo ships come and go. The unit was very clean. I wish there had been a vacuum in it so we could keep the rug clean and not leave it for the housekeeping but I’m a clean freak so that’s more on me! Our building was the only one with an elevator and that made lugging all of our stuff in and out of our top floor condo so much easier! There was plenty of room, it was super comfortable. It wasn’t far away from the shops but was still in a pretty quiet, residential neighborhood. We cannot wait to go back! Also the property owner was great about communicating! We had to change our dates slightly due to work schedules and she was so accommodating. Definitely recommend!

Beach access for the win!

The views from the deck and proximity to the beach are the highlights of the property. It's a bit of a walk from the condo to the beach, but reasonable for our family. We really appreciated being on the beach within minutes of walking out of the condo. We spent a lot of time on the covered deck. There were several items in need of repair and the property management team were responsive (we called to inform them and requested that items were addressed after we checked out). We enjoyed our stay!

Tybee vacation week

We were disappointed the unit was not water front, as advertised. Also, the sliding glass door in the master bedroom was never repaired, so we were unable to use it. Also several cracks and holes in the drywall were unsightly. I went to retrieve something under the bed, and found it was dirty underneath, as well as over the refrigerator, where I attempted to store food. It was in need of repairs and updates.
