This condo was a little dated and had some minor imperfections, however for the location and price, it was great for our family. The condo was very clean upon arrival. The host was very communicative.

Trying to stay away/ahead of the winter weather in the north east, book this condo on Tybee Island. Very much enjoyed the stay and visiting the Georgia shore. Did a tour of Savannah and really enjoyed that. Property was very nice and spacious.

Great Location/Needs a ReHaul

Great Location to the beach and shops. Great partial Ocean View from the 3rd floor balcony. We enjoyed sitting on the chairs each morning. The Cons: balcony subfloor is squishy and questionable regarding safety. The Master bathroom subfloor under the tub is also squishy. There was black mold in the guest shower area along the baseboards. We were only here for 2 nights, so it worked ok since we spent most of our time at the beach, we would not stay here for a longer period of time due to the issues above and the outdated furnishings.

Great location and comfortable stay

The unit was exactly the right amount of space for my husband and I and 2 teenage boys. We had our own bathrooms (a necessity for me with all boys!) and the master room bed was super comfy. The pics in the description of the view from the porch to the ocean don’t do it justice. It’s way better in person! The location is incredibly convenient, but still quiet at night. Our unit was very clean, welcoming, and had easy check in. If I had to nit pick, I’d say it would have been nice to have hand towels in the bathrooms instead of just bath towels. And the shower pressure and shower heads left a lot to be desired - especially when you’re trying to rinse off sand. But these are pretty minor issues. All in all, I’d absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property was perfect for walking to the beach, activities, restaurants and shopping. We especially loved the balcony and outdoor seating. All of the beds were a little uncomfortable, but I guess that made it easier to sleep less and enjoy more of our time in Tybee. Overall loved this property and our stay in Tybee!

The view was wonderful. It was a short walk to the ocean, great restaurants, shopping and the pool. The interior could use some TLC. Communication was excellent. I would stay again.

Great location near the beach.

The condo is in excellent condition. The location is ideal. You're about a five minute walk from the beach. (Cross a street and a public parking lot and you are on sand.) The view from the porch swing is amazing. The condo is easy to find and just a 20 minute drive from Savannah. Beach during the day and dinner in Savannah at night. If that's not a vacation, I don't know what is.

Nice view of the ocean.

The view of the ocean from the deck was really nice. One of the sliding doors to the deck does not move. The table top on the dining table is loose. More privacy is needed in the bedrooms on the doors leading to the outside staircase. Overall, the place has a great location but is in need of some TLC and general maintenance.

The property is just as listed. The view from the balcony to the ocean is great. The master suite is spacious, however the mattress was not very comfortable. The television seemed to be all streaming and that did prove to be a little bit of a challenge for my elderly , not so tech savvy mother. Overall it was a good rental. If there weren’t four flights of stairs to climb we would stay here again.

The stay was Ok. The condo was clean but lacked washcloths and a dish towel that we did not get until the next day, however, the PMs were communicative. The only structural concerns I had was the master bath as the floor under the tub was soft. I was glad my husband didn't attend or I would be afraid he'd fall through the floor. The other was the front deck and it was the same, soft floor in some spots. It was on a busier part of the beach than I imagined and the pool was too far away to even attempt to go to. There was a pirate fest that weekend so it was a bit busy but not bad. I guess we are a bit spoiled because we are used to amenities being on site and private beaches.

When we arrived there was a dirty shirt on the closet floor and something balled up at the top of the closet. Don’t know what it was, I didn’t want to touch it. When we were leaving I was checking the kids room to make sure they didn’t leave anything g behind, there was a cleaning rag in the corner and something splattered on the wall. There was also something balled up at the top of their closet that I don’t know what it was because I didn’t want to touch it. There were stains on a throw pillow and seat cushion in the living room. Just yuck. That said, everyone in the office was friendly and helpful. Especially when someone blocked our parking.

Enjoyed our stay

The condo is located just across the street from the beach and has a partial ocean view from the balcony, a big plus! Parking was plenty wide enough for our SUV. Overall, the condo is nice but is need of a little TLC. The stairs should be factored in, especially when carrying luggage into and out of the condo. That being said, we would rent there again.

Great location!

Accommodations were great for our time away, check-in/out super easy, bathroom fixtures (i.e., showerhead) a bit out dated, but served the purpose. Best of all was the amazing location...it was almost as close to the beach that you could be (only one other building closer), views from deck were lovely, restaurants and main strip just round the corner and a block away. Would certainly book this again!
