Clean place in a great location. Easy access to the beach and wonderful ocean facing balcony. Close to restaurants and shops. Would definitely stay again!

Dolphin Watch

My 14 year old daughter found this condo online and thought it would be perfect for our family. It was! Great location just steps from the beach. We stayed in #8 which was on the second floor, so we had an amazing view of the beach. Perfect patio for sitting out with morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. The unit was super clean and very comfortable. Plenty of space. We would absolutely stay here again!

Family vacation

Great location for family with young kids, quick walk back from beach for meals, naps, tantrums. Kitchen could be better stocked but had bare essentials-and we did have to call to get some cleaning and maintenance done upon arrival- but they were very prompt and remedied the issues!

Tybee island

Coming from indiana. Was paradise! Nice condo. Loved the view. Right on the ocean. Loved the balcony. Loved we had garage and did not have to pay for parking. Love it was walking distance to several restaurants! Only one complaint that we only had few hangers for our clothes and they were wire hangers.

What a great place

This was our first but definitely not last trip to Tybee. It was the perfect spot for us. We stayed for a week. We were able to tour Savannah three days and nights and also got to relax on the beach days on the other days. The condo was clean and right on the beach overlooking the ocean. Perfect.

PROPERTY NEEDS UPDATING

Overall pretty good; stains on the carpet; recliner chair worn out. We were on the second floor and heard lots of noise from the 3rd floor (overhead). Master bedroom was spacious and comfortable except the bedsprings on one side hung down to the floor. Location was almost perfect! We could see and hear the ocean. The walk to the ocean was a short one. Property definitely needs updating!

Tybee Beach

Condo is even more awesome than the pictures are able to show. Such a great location. Walk to restaurants, grocery, bar and beach across the parking lot.

Everything was great except the supply of towels that had been promised were not there. I had to keep washing towels in order to have clean ones available. I think this is because they switched the condo we were in.

Eliminating the Schlep

First time ever having awesome ocean view and not having to have a 20 mule team to get coolers, umbrellas, etc to the beach. The room was plentiful ( we had 6 adults 3 kids. Lot of room kitchen equipped fine, and elevator to use from parking to the room. Perfect end to daughters college graduation and having entire family together for weekend.

Beautiful place!

We loved our stay at Dolphin Watch. The condo was in an excellent location, was very nicely furnished, and had great, comfortable outdoor furniture. The bedrooms were all large and comfortable, and each had t.v. - my husband's only complaint was that there was not HD cable. The bathrooms were clean, the washer/dryer was huge, and the kitchen had everything we needed. There is covered parking and an elevator, and an outdoor hose/shower area right near the garage, which was very convenient for coming in from the beach with little ones. The view of the water is lovely, but was slightly obstructed by a fence and tarp which I presume was for protecting the dunes. The parking lot directly below is definitely prominent, but we didn't mind that so much, in fact I enjoyed people watching - but it could be a bit noisy if you're bothered by that sort of thing. The condo is easily walking distance to the pier, and all the little shops and restaurants around Tybee, and only about a 20 minute drive to Savannah. I would highly recommend the condo and will definitely stay here with my family again.

A Very nice well appointed property in a great location

Cant beat the location. Beach access is right across the street. Restaurants and local shops right down the street. Its at the end of the island near the tip, away from heavy traffic. Condo has everything needed to enjoy a stay. Management very helpful, any issues addressed, and check in was a breeze. They had great recommendations for dining on the island as well as River street in Savannah. We had a great time. BTW - the only coffee shop is a block away! The coffee is great and so are the hosts. Try the Quiche!

Can’t beat this view!

Plenty of storage space, I loved all of the hooks by the front door, and in the bedrooms and bathrooms, for hanging hats, towels, etc. Everything was clean and welcoming on our arrival. No complaints, but, I would add a swing or hammock to the balcony. We had a wonderful time on Tybee, as we always do!

Loved the ocean view, sat on deck a lot. Rooms were big and spacious

The handle on fridge kept disconnecting on the bottom, ran out of toilet paper. Also we had to wash pots and pans because they were put away filthy. And the carpets are in need of a good shampoo.
