Beautiful setting and excellent manager for any questions. Pool was clean and warm. The patio was relaxing and enjoyed the view of ocean.

Pleasant Stay

The property was well located, in a nice neighborhood. Stacey was communicative and prompt in letting us know of the check-in process. The property was clean in general, except for the sofa & the couch, which is dated & had crumbs from the previous stay. We had an additional issue of robotic vaccums (assuming that’s what the noise was) running late evening in the property above on multiple days. I would recommend the property though for families with pets.

Super clean and well maintained and 5-star customer service. Thank you for taking care of us and we will highly recommend you to all our out of town guests.

Reviewer Comments: Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of blankets and pillows, kitchen is well stocked with supplies, bathrooms had plenty of towels and even soap, shampoo, lotion, nice balcony with beach view, unit is very close to elevator and stairs and also to the gate leading to the boardwalk. Easy walk to beach or pool. Very quiet. Plenty of beach front at high tide. The while resort was very clean and pretty.

It was very well maintained, so clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was well stocked, lots of beach stuff to use. The staff was very nice and friendly. We would recommend this property friends and relatives. We used the kitchen for breakfast and lunch, went to The Deck there on the property a few times and to Spanky's one night when we went to the pier. On our last day there we went and toured the Lighthouse. which we all loved!!

Review for 621 Gull Reef, misrepresented as a "resort"

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were quite disappointed in the overall condition of the property. When we arrived, the property definitely appeared older than appears in online pictures and I would not classify this as a "resort." The bed in the main bedroom was set on a cheap metal bed frame, which creaked every time we rolled over. The shower drain in the hall/guest bath, which my sons shared, was backed up the entire time and made the shower unusable. The staff did attempt to fix this problem one time, but was unsuccessful so we all shared the one shower in the main bathroom during our stay. Our balcony overlooked a corner parking spot which was filled with old cigarette butts which were never cleaned up. We did have a view of the ocean if you could look past this parking area and the dumpsters at the end of the road. The pool / restaurant area are not nearly as large as pictured in arial view online and again, I would not classify this as a "resort" by any stretch of the imagination. I will say the staff was very nice upon arrival but I would not stay here again.
