“Loved the quiet part of the island & the 3/4 mile walk through historic district to the beach. Washer & dryer greatly appreciated for my month long stay. Upstairs bedrooms were great for those of us turning in early while others stayed up in the livingroom playing games and watching tv. Back screened porch lovely once weather warmed up. Bathrooms & linens were spotlessly clean. Kitchen equipped with everything you could possibly need and well laid out for creating home cooked meals.”

“This property is in a nice, quiet part of town. Pool is not in the property but it is a 2 minutes walk and it is shared with another building. We were not aware the pool was going to be closed for one day due to maintenance. It was closed from Thursday noon to Friday at noon. The beach is 12 minute walk from this property. There is a restaurant and bathrooms. We had a nice stay.”

“Great location. It was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our visit. House has a great air fryer and Keurig. Lots of space inside. One thing to note is that the second master is either accessible from tiny spiral stairs or going through the screen porch that requires locking/ unlocking doors. We had planned for our older family member to stay in the lower bedroom but the spiral stairs were too difficult and door locks more complicated. We just pivoted and had him stay upstairs and share a……

“Agree with many other reviews. The location is fantastic, parking is extremely tight, wasn’t very clean, ceiling fans are completely covered in thick dust, super low water pressure in showers, zero communication regarding where and how to check (I only knew because of reviews), and there is no elevator for those who would need it. Overall, our stay was ok. Wouldn’t stay again for the price.”

“Great property! Perfect for our large group. Check-in was easy, and the host was clear and communicative. The house is beautiful and roomy with lots of seating and space. Beds are comfortable We didn't do any cooking, but the kitchen seemed to have everything you would need. Our only minor complaint is that the towel sets didn’t include a bath mat or extra washcloths and hand towels. Otherwise, we had just what we needed.”

“We enjoyed our 3 night stay in this cute and comfy house. We are travelng with our 13 yr old grandaughter and she liked that she had her own bedroom to chill in. The place had ALL the convenience of home, was within walking or biking distance to a beach. We weren't impressed with the pool that is available to renters;it wasn't easy to find and there is no way that it was heated as advertised. Other than that, it is a perfect rental for the 3 of us!”

House is cute with everything you need.I had a small issue with one of the a/c units (leaking water into the floor) and i tried contacting the host through the app and via text to tell him about the issue. I received no response and had to keep a towel and bowl in the floor to catch the water.”

“Great location. This house has plenty of room for our two families. The kids really enjoyed the pool. I really enjoyed the front porch in the afternoons. We experienced two minor issues, but Southern Belle (host) was very quick to respond and take care of both. We were happy with our stay and would stay here again. ”

“Location can’t be beat! Easy walking distance to restaurants, shops and the beach!! The outdoor space was nice! (Although we had to request mowing for the backyard.) The bedding in the master had a very strong fragrance so management had the bedding changed asap. One more item to note- the blinds, in several places throughout the house, were cut too short. Including in the 1/2 bath- very strange.. Even with a few annoyances - overall it was a fantastic stay!”

“Very cute and comfortable place, in an excellent location! Loved the beachy vibe. We were able to walk to the beach - quieter end of the island. Great coffee shop across the main road - Sandy Cat - where we could pick up coffee and take a morning walk on the beach. Kitchen well stocked, beds comfortable. Would definitely come back!”
