“The house is absolutely beautiful and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The host was available easily and answered all questions in a timely manner. We loved walking to see the animals up the road and sitting out back watching the water. Definitely a 10/10!! A few notes: If you want dinner or drinks at the hotel up the road, call to see if you can reserve a table as they typically only serve hotel guests. “Completely renovated and nicely decorated old Norwegian house, right at the harbour of Glesvaen. Situated right at the harbour with great views. Equipped with everything you need. Mr Cameron is a great host and has put a lot of work in this house. There is a nice restaurant/Cafe right around the corner (The only one in the area). Nearest Supermarket is a 10 Min drive, and there are two more another 10 mins away. You can swim, explore the area by boat or on foot or just relax and enjoy quiet……

“Ein schönes. Haus in Traumlage, aber viele Mängel. In den Schlafzimmern ist nur ein Bett, kein Schrank, keine Leselampe, nix.Auf der Terrasse steht Schrott herum, ein kaputter Whirlpool, ein ausgebauter Kamin, rostige Grills, kaputte Gartenmöbel. Für den nicht nutzbaren Whirlpool, wurden 100. Euros berechnet, .... Usw... Das Haus könnte ein Traum sein, wenn es in Ordnung gebracht wird. ”

“If you like really soft beds this is an okay place to stay. Communication could have been better as we were told to bring bed linens and towels but they were already furnished. Also there was no eating utensils, forks, spoons or knives. No utensils for cooking. ”

“Das Haus ist in Realität noch schöner als auf den Anzeigenfotos. Es ist alles sauber, der check in war sehr unkompliziert, die Lage und Aussicht perfekt. Die letzten 100Meter Schotterweg sind sehr steil.und wirklich nur mit einem Allrad Fahrzeug gut zu befahren.”

“Heel vriendelijk ontvangen, ook goed en snel contact vóóraf op vragen. We zijn hier maar 1 nacht geweest ter overbugging van onze reis van Stavanger naar Bergen. Klein appartement/studio met keuken, prima voor 2 personen. Goed bed, nette badkamer, lekkere douche. Bed was opgemaakt, handdoeken aanwezig. De kleinere kamers hebben geen uitzicht op het fjord. Onze kamer keek op de kleine waterval naast het complex. Door het geluid van ruisend water heerlijk geslapen maar kan me voorstellen dat je……
