La Jolla UCSD Medical Group Hotels

"The location was great. The staff was beyond amazing! Breakfast was delicious and had everything you could want. We were there for surgery at UCSD medical center and the 9 am surgery got postponed until 5pm and we needed a place to stay for the day before our reservation at 3 pm. I kindly asked the front desk if we could have an early check in at 9am in the morning knowing it was highly unlikely. But within 20 minutes they had a room ready for us! They still believe in customer service. Appreciate all who helped us out. "

"Our room did not get serviced the first two days, had to ask the front desk to send up towels. Serviced the next day, no coffee service. Then another day no service. We were there five days. Also, we have a handicap sticker and parked in the handicap spots, but were still charged $42 per day for parking. It my understanding that in California if you have a handicap sticker you are not charged for parking. The front desk just said no, we charge for parking. Would not stay at this hotel again in the future."

"The shallow pool was great for our beginner swimmers and the big pool was nice for everyone else. We enjoyed the pools a lot. Breakfast was typical but with many options and the staff was great, especially Ruby. "

"Beautiful hotel and great amenities! The pool and family areas are very clean and offer fun activities( Corn hole game, table tennis, giant connect and chess game) . It is very close to La Jolla cove and beaches. Good restaurants in the area. We stayed one night and will definitely come back. "
