“Cleaning ladies were not good. My wife had two days waited until 3pm without anyone to clean up the room. After quested, the room was cleaned coarsely, toilet consumable and tea bag wss not refilled. Used tea cups were not replaced or cleaned.”

“The hotel is amazing and service from staff is also amazing. I like how the buttons in the room control the lights. I like the surrounding area as it is so peaceful and you get a bit of nature as you walk to the nearby stations which is also a short walk away.”

“We discovered the Ruby hotels in Zurich last year and enjoyed the stay so much that we decided to stay in one of the hotels in Düsseldorf this year. Excellent choice, we stayed in a well equipped room, with high ceilings. The location is perfect for a stay in the city, central and close to everything. The room was well maintained, the option to get hot water for our tea very much appreciated. The staff is quite friendly and supportive, making the stay enjoyable.”

“Good service and clean hotel. Nice breakfast but cost a bit. The hotel is not near city centre. Walk 15-20 minutes you can find good restaurants. ”

“The hotel and staff were great and the room was modern, comfortable and very clean. The breakfast was a wonderful spread with many options. The only negative is that the rooms air conditioning only seemed to heat. I could have changed rooms easily but chose to open the window instead. ”
