The hotel is nice is what we like quite on few minutes walk to the monkey forest and about 20 to 30 minutes to the palace shuttle service is available it about 400,000 to 500,000 Indonesia currency

Nice Area, beautiful Garden, big room, poor lightning in The room, nice atmosphere. We woke up 6.00Am on morning because The monkeys where jumping on our roof. Monkey Forest is really near.

I had to ask twice for soap in bathroom sink as 1st staff who checked us in said it’s not provided. Guest should not have to ask for soap to wash hands after using bathroom!

We loved the charm and location of this property. The staff is very kind and accommodating. However, the windows and doors aren’t sealed so mosquitos and other bugs entered our room. This also meant the cold air from the air conditioning escaped, making it very hot. This was very disappointing considering we paid extra for air conditioning.

Facilities are beautiful, off the beaten track. 20 min walk to Main Street. We were in the lotus suite two bedrooms lots of facilities private pool with only the monkeys watching. Upstairs twin rooms are separate from main room have to go outside stairs so kids felt a bit scared when monkeys followed. Keep doors shut will be ok. Can hear monkeys all night. But not too loud. Staff are beautiful they were in a ceremony when we arrived and were very apologetic for making me wait but it was a small wait. Happy to wait was beautiful to watch. The photos on here are nice but in real life it is so much more beautiful, I would stay here again and again.

Rooms were clean. They don't have good socket. Our chargers didn't fit in those socket and when we use the plug to connect other chargers then also it didn't work. I had to sit in restaurants where flat and big sockets were available but due to the presence of mosquitoes, I wasn't the good stay. Breakfast facility management is not that good because it is managed by other management. Garden , swimming pool and rooms were good. Problems with charging and mosquitoes.

We chose this property because its so unique, colorful and full of character. The design and layout of each villa is fun, beautiful, hippy bohemia style. However, some of the drawbacks is that theres lots of mosquitoes, bugs, spiders, geckos, frogs and monkeys in the building or around the area. So if you dont like having visitors daily then maybe its not for you. We enjoyed it and didnt mind the visitors, in fact, they made our stay more memorable. If youre staying at a 2 level villa like at the lotus, be prepared for the noise = you can hear whomever is walking upstairs very loudly due to the wooden floorboards. The air con works but is noisy. We were happy to stay here but wouldnt stay again as we would like to try a different hotel the next time we visit Ubud. This hotel is right next to monkey forest which is a must visit and about 10min walk to the street that leads you to Ubud Art Market & Palace.

I booked this hotel based on the reviews and price. Keeping the price in mind my expectations were realistic. It should be clean regardless. The front desk staff were extremely nice. After that it went down We got to the room. It smelled. Not tropical mustiness. Just plain mildew. The bathroom was dirty and smelled like the airport urinal. It wafted out of the shower as I took a much needed rinse from an 18 hour flight. Maybe use a trap to keep the methane out. The windows had tape over the cracks. Why.. To keep the mosquitos out. Didn't work. Their nets need to be replaced. Next we got woke up at 8am by hammering and a circular saw cutting. I thought oops we are next to a construction site. Nope it was the hotel. Obviously The hotel has to perform maintenance. It should be between 10 and 5. Period. Hotels are meant for one reason. To rest. Starting on a project at 8am is wrong unless it’s an emergency. Pounding nails and using a circular saw at 8am is wrong. I asked after being rudely awakened by both if they were going to be going for a while. They said yes. They looked at me with a shrug. I shrugged back. Really. The hotel management needs to change. No bad hotels…just bad management. Next….The motorcycles sound as if they’re in your room. The road outside the hotel is busy. Always. Never saw that in a review. Next we were told to be quiet if we used the pool as we checked in. Then listened to a family yack away in the pool till 9pm. We left. Don' book

Beautiful and Relaxing Bali Bohemia

Had a wonderful stay in Bali Bohemia! It was a really quirky, novel and pretty place to stay. Rooms were large with lots of space. The gardens were beautiful. The hotel is very central, literally 5 steps away from monkey forest and less than 10 minutes away from the central streets of Ubud. The reception staff were wonderful! They helped us with everything we needed including tours, travel transfers etc! No request was an issue and they were both so so friendly! As mentioned, the gardens and pool were gorgeous and we had been warned that the monkeys come in but they’re aren’t friendly and will take your stuff so it felt a little uncomfortable to chill around the pool. That is a very small complaint however because there is so much to see do and experience in Ubud so there’s little time to be there anyways! The restaurant was super tasty and offered a gorgeous selection! The open Mike night was fun and lively too!

Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Bali Bohemia. Le personnel était extraordinaire, toujours souriant, très à l’écoute de nos besoins. La piscine était un gros “must” pour nous rafraîchir. L’environnement extérieur est paradisiaque, typiquement balinais et très intime. Et un gros wow pour le menu et l’ambiance zen du restaurant. Un énorme merci à toute l’équipe du Bali Bohemia qui a rendu notre séjour inoubliable.
