Our stay at Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel was nice overall. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, and we enjoyed the atmosphere. The only downside was a slight odor in the room, but it didn’t ruin the stay. Overall, a good option for a relaxing stay in Ubud.

I loved that the property was a little off the main road, tucked away at the back, very peaceful. Staff are amazing. I had arrived past midnight and the security guard helped with my check in, all staff are so polite and helpful. Food is amazing. Thankyou Artini I can’t wait to come back!

The staff at Artini Bisma Ubud Hotel were incredibly friendly and attentive, making the stay pleasant from a service perspective. The location is close to the main streets and Monkey Forest, within walking distance of restaurants and cafes, and there’s a fantastic moped hire option right across the road for exploring further. The pool area and cafe were nice, that said, the room itself whilst quite large felt fairly average, equipped with just a bathtub shower (mine wasn't very clean) with weak water pressure at time slow to warm. The air conditioning worked well which was a plus however it was annoyingly loud, and the fridge added to the noise, making it hard to fully relax and sleep at night unless I switch them off. Overall, not the worst place and averagely priced however would look elsewhere in future 3/5 stars.

Property around hotel is nice. Pool areas are beautiful. The hotel wasn’t able to accommodate our request for 2 twins on our first night which wasn’t fantastic. Then we moved rooms & our second room was not clean. Urine was on the floor around the toilet. Staff were good except one younger man. He told us we had free breakfast then said no we didn’t. When I needed medical care I asked him if a dr could be called to attend to me at the hotel, he said no an ambulance would have to be called. Which wasnt true as I was able to arrange my own house visit. The location is good walking distance to shops & sites.

Need to walk 10 minutes from the main street. But it has a nice view over the rice farm. The staffs are helpful and friendly. They offer the transfer service from main street back to the hotel.

I absolutely loved the ambiance of the hotel. It was quaint peaceful place right in the heart of Ubud. I loved how accessible everything was to the hotel.
