LITTLE SHEEP TYPICAL STONE
Between mountains and river 25 km from Ajaccio stone barn of 35 m2 equipped for three people.
Living room with sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen, stove, oven mico-wave food processors, double bedroom, shower room with wc Italian.
Double terrace, double exposure, garden furniture and barbecue.
Private pool (exclusively for holidaymakers in the sheepfold), shaded with beach and sunbathing. NB: the maintenance of the swimming pool during the stay is at the discretion of the tenant.
Close to the heart of the village of Ucciani, and N193, it is quiet, invisible to all, and allows recharge.
Its location allows easy travel to the north (departure of the GR nearby, Corte an hour, or to the east coast, Bastia, Aleria ...)
Access to the river GRAVONNA, is direct.

Special place, very quite, a lot of nature. Easy check in. Owners are very friendly. They are interested in giving information to nice spots e.g. beaches, bying possibilities etc. We enjoyed the stay very much. Kitchen well equipt. WLAN O.K.

Calme et beauté
Nous sommes un couple de Québécois qui ont grandement apprécié la beauté du paysage, et de la diversité des oiseaux. Un endroit pour relaxer et apprendre à écouter la nature sans oublier les belles randonnées tout autour. Nos hôtes Pierre Jean et Valérie ont su nous donner de bons conseils et partager leur amour pour l’environnement et leurs animaux! Ils sont aussi des collectionneurs et vous pourrez admirer les différents objets qu’ils ont dénichés au fil du temps. Ce séjour restera gravé dans nos mémoires pour longtemps!!

Repos et quiétude à la bergerie
Super séjour dans un lieu au calme. Nos hotes, Pierre-Jean et Valérie ont été adorables et de bons conseils gastronomiques et de visites des alentours. Ucciani est trés bien située pour découvrir les environs et accéder à de superbes randonnées. Nous reviendtons.

Séjour reposant
Nous avons posé nos valises dans une jolie maison en pierre, retirée dans un village calme à flan de montagne. Une vue imprenable depuis la terrasse et la petite piscine. Une belle rencontre avec Pierre-Jean et Valérie qui nous ont conseillé de très beaux endroits, pour ceux qui veulent découvrir la vraie Corse. Merci à tous les deux pour leur gentillesse, leur disponibilité et leurs conseils.

Isolé, tranquille et tout confort.
Nous sommes arrivés à moto, elle a trouvé sa place.
De la petite maison nous avons fait des balades magnifiques.
Heureux de retrouver la fraîcheur sous les arbres et dans l'eau de la piscine.
C'est un séjour que nous garderons parmi nos meilleurs souvenirs.

Adresse à retenir absolument .
Endroit et hotes très accueillants, dépaysement total, là aujourd'hui nous voyons la Corse différemment, il s'est vraiment passé quelque chose avec et dans ce hameaux une amitié longue distance est née.

Die Einfachheit des Seins
Die Einfachheit des Seins – einfach schön!
Wir waren zum ersten Mal für zwei Wochen auf Korsika. Die Zeit im ehemaligen Schäferhäuschen haben wir sehr genossen. Die Fotos und Infos im Inserat sind zutreffend. Es ist alles für die Grundversorgung Notwendige vorhanden.Pierre Jean und Valerie sind sehr aufmerksame, freundliche, hilfsbereite und gleichzeitig diskrete Gastgeber. Vielen Dank für Kaffee und Wein und die vielen nützlichen Tipps zur Freizeitgestaltung. Vizzavona, Porto, die Bootstour nach Scandola und Girolata, die Wanderung zum Bocca Palmentu oder die Fahrt durch Scala di Santa Regina haben uns sehr beeindruckt. Vielen lieben Dank an Valerie und Pierre Jean für zwei erholsame Wochen im Schäferhäuschen.

Its okay but we sadly wont stay again....
Regrettably I am unable to leave a 5 star review for this property.
Firstly, the property is within a working yard shared with the owners and other nearby neighbours. The photos are slightly miss-leading in this regard.
Secondly, the property cleanliness wasn't up to standard. The shower had quite a bit of mould and lots of established spider webs all across the kitchen, living room and bedroom. I know it is located within nature but do not expect to see old spider webs and mould. Also hardly any cleaning products are provided. We were asked upon leaving if we cleaned the property well and I think the owner should specify in the ad that the onus is on the guest to clean on departure or they should provide the option for a cleaner. We did receive a kind call from the owners wife afterwards to thank us for leaving the property very clean.
The owner was friendly but as stated in other reviews, I could see that it might be problematic if you have a disagreement during your stay. An old pot lid knob came off during our last night, not to our fault and when we reported this, it nearly became an issue.
Apart from the above, I wont discourage you to go but perhaps take a bit more time to look at other properties in the vicinity.

Excellentes vacances en corse
Très bel endroit calme et en pleine nature. Excellent accueil par un propriétaire très sympa. Le village d’Ucciani est agréable, avec des habitants souriants et accueillants, un bar restaurant qui rythme le village.
Bref, on a passé de très belles vacances en corse!

Bijzondere locatie
Mooi gelegen authentiek huisje met mooie uitzichten. Men dient wel rekening te houden dat de auto niet bij het huis geparkeerd kan worden en dat het een vrij steile klim is met de koffers. Wel goed voor de conditie!
Voor de rest alles aanwezig voor een prettig verblijf.

Bergerie et sérénité
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.
La bergerie est très bien équipée et sa deco atypique excellente. Idéalement situé, au calme et à profiter de la piscine fasse à la montagne un pur bonheur.
