“Good clean room.. Friendly staff”

“A WESTERN TRAVELLER REVIEW The hotel was of a higher standard than most Indian hotels I have stayed in. But by western hotel standards it was poor. If Marriott is 10/10, Holiday Inn is 7/10, this was a 4/10. The shower head sprayed up and over the shower, flooding the bathroom. The breakfast had flies feasting on my breakfast before me. (I ended up in Burger King for breakfast) Room service- I ordered a plain chicken burger with fries. I asked for the burger and bun only. I received a……

“Terrible hotel the rooms are not as advertised on also charged me a full the cancellation fee even though I did not check in and even informed them.”

“We are senior citizens and faced hardship, as elevator was not functioning properly for couple of hours. Due to this we cut short our stay from 2 to 1 night. Other points were OK.”
