“We stayed here twice in a span of 10 days. One before our cruise and second time after returning to Palermo from driving around Sicily. We absolutely loved both of our stays. Check in was very easy with great communication from the front desk. I would highly recommend using their airport transfer service as it was very well organized, comfortable and on time. “Really well located hotel right outside the pedestrian zone in Palermo. In just 5 minutes you are in front of Teatro Massimo. The hotel is very secure, the staff is very friendly. Also important to note that the staff is the same everyday, and you’ll see the same ppl greeting you which is nice. The breakfast is everything you need to start a day. “The room is extremely clean, comfortable, spacious in stylish & cozy design. The pillows & bed are comfy like home! The toiletry is also out of my expectation, shampoo and body wash in different flavors for selection! The most impressive is the owner, Marco, he is so friendly and nice! He gave us all good advices on fantastic tourist attractions and restaurants. The location of this place is also convenient, for both driving or not driving there as there is a 24hr security Carpark nearby……

“Best spot in Palermo! The location was perfect with balcony views facing the Massimo theatre. Minutes away from lots of restaurants, markets and the action. The staff were very helpful and the room was very clean and modern. We loved our stay and would highly recommend.”

The recommendations by the team for where to eat were so helpful and we felt really welcomed. We didn’t use the Spa so can’t comment. Our late arrival was no problem and we enjoyed the breakfasts - all the food was fresh and tasty. We enjoyed our stay and would certainly recommend Arche to other travellers ”
