It s located well outside Kandy and which was great after the visit of Kandy town with all the traffic and noises. Coming back to the hotel was so relaxing . The room is quite big and very clean. 「Large, modern and well equipped room with beautiful views over the city and a small balcony. The restaurant and bar area is very pleasant, on the rooftop with great views. Food is a little hit and miss. Just worth noting that prices on the menu don’t include taxes. When these are included, this, together with service, adds a third to the bill. This is really misleading and could be easily fixed. Excellent value overall though. 」

「If U like to experience Safari, Palmstone Retreat is the place. The hotel has been open for only 3 months when we were there. The hotel is very beautiful. U can look out into the woods and stream first thing when U wake up in your bed. Rooms are huge. The manager, Cavindi, is by far the most friendly one I have met. The only thing that need to improve is the road that lead from the main road to the hotel. It is very narrow, dark at night, bumpy and steep. It took us 40 mins one single trip...
