Schöne Wohnung, netter Gastgeber

Ankunft und Check-in verliefen problemlos. Unser Gastgeber war freundlich und ging auf unsere Wünsche ein. Wir haben unsere Woche in Überlingen sehr genossen und fanden, dass das Beobachten der vorbeigehenden Menschen und Hunde von unserem geräumigen Balkon aus das Highlight unserer Reise war. Wir hoffen, in anderen Jahreszeiten wiederzukommen, um die Gegend weiter zu erkunden und würden diese Ferienwohnungen gerne wieder nutzen.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung ist spitze, die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, die Lage ist prima - direkt an der Uferpromenade und auch nah zur Altstadt. Nahkauf und Bäcker unten im Haus. Der Balkon ist riesig, direkt zum See ausgerichtet. Im Moment ist leider Baustelle davor, sicher bald fertig. Morgendlicher Lieferverkehr und Poser am Wochenende sind bei geschlossenen Fenstern kein Problem.

FeWo am Hafen, Urlaub mit kleinen Hund

Sehr schöne moderne Wohnung in der auch Hunde erlaubt sind, inmitten der Altstadt. Kurze Wege, in 2 min. an den See und in die schöne Altstadt. Bäcker und kl. Frischmarkt der alles Notwendige hat, direkt im Nebengebäude. Wesentlich ruhiger gelegen wie Meersburg.

Eine tolle Woche

Wir haben die Woche in Überlingen sehr genossen. Man wohnt sehr gut gelegen mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Wunderschöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Eine Hammerwohnung!

Die Wohnung ist schlicht und einfach der Hammer - es gibt nichts zu meckern. Besonders gefallen haben uns die zentrale Lage am Eingang zur Altstadt und zum See, die Grösse und die geschmackvolle Ausstattung. Die helle und praktische Wohnung lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir haben uns ab dem ersten Moment wohl gefühlt und gut geschlafen. Das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist top - wir kommen wieder.

Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung liegt an einem lebhaften Ort am Rande der Altstadt mit Blick auf die Promenade und den Mantelhafen. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Wir würden den Urlaub jederzeit wieder an diesem Ort verbringen. Roger B.

Wir hätten es nicht besser treffen können

Nach mehrstündiger Fahrt endlich am Urlaubsziel angekommen wussten wir, dass wir eine richtige Entscheidung getroffen hatten. Die Wohnung übertraf unsere schon vorher hohen Erwartungen. Sie ist ausgesprochen großzügig, sehr sauber und äußerst geschmackvoll und komfortabel eingerichtet. Auch die Lage der Wohnung hat uns sehr überzeugt. Sie befindet sich im Herzen von Überlingen, nur ganz wenige Schritte vom Ufer des Bodensees entfernt. Der Ort Überlingen selber bietet vielfältige Möglichkeiten einen abwechslungsreichen Urlaubstag zu gestalten oder einfach nur an der Promenade entspannt in einem der zahlreichen Cafes zu sitzen. Wenn wir unseren nächsten Urlaub am wunderschönen Bodensee verbringen, werden wir ganz sicher wieder diese tolle Wohnung buchen; wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ferienwohnung mit Stil

Wir waren für zwei Wochen in der sehr schönen Ferienwohnung im Zentrum von Überlingen. Selten haben wir eine so geschmackvoll eingerichtete und großzügige Ferienwohnung gesehen. Es war von Anfang bis Ende ein gelungener Urlaub. Ganz besonders ist auch die clever gelöste Standplatzsituation in der Tiefgarage. Urlaub vom Feinsten

Herr Nabholz ist ein umsichtiger, freundlicher und sehr angenehmer Vermieter, der vor Ort im Bedarfsfall neben den Hausdiensten Ansprechpartner ist. Schon mit der nach kurzer Reaktionszeit bestätigten Buchung hat bei Herrn N. die Gästebetreuung durch umfangreiche Hinweise (u.a. Ansprechpartner bei Fragen bzw. Problemen, Notfall-Nummern) und Empfehlungen für die Urlaubsgestaltung begonnen. Die noch "junge" Ferienwohnung ist barrierefrei, modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet und vollständig ausgestattet; es fehlte uns an nichts. Hochwertige Küchengeräte, edle Bettwäsche und Handtücher sowie die schönen Bilder mit Bodensee-Motiven an den Wänden, aber auch der Einbau der "bequemen" Code-Schließanlage zeigen, dass Herr N. darauf Wert gelegt hat, seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt in der FeWo so angenehm wie möglich zu gestalten. - Die durch die Wohnungsbeschreibung und die Fotos geweckte Erwartung wird voll erfüllt, sogar übertroffen. Der gesicherte PKW-Stellplatz in der im Haus gelegenen Tiefgarage ist angesichts der Parkplatz-Situation im Umfeld der FeWo von großem Vorteil. Die FeWo liegt optimal am Rande der Altstadt mit Blick auf den kleinen Bootshafen und den Beginn der beiden Promenaden. Die nahen Bootsanlegestellen liegen an der belebten, von Cafés und Lokalen gesäumten Altstadt-Promenade, während der ruhigere, in Gegenrichtung verlaufende Spazierweg am See entlang u.a. vorbei an Segel-Häfen, Ruder-/Kanu-Bootshäusern, einer bald fertiggestellten gläsernen Bootswerft und am Ost-Strandbad führt. Die Versorgungseinkäufe lassen sich auf kürzestem Weg erledigen. Trotz der zentralen Lage bietet die FeWo einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, wenn man sich vom "Urlaubsstress" erholen möchte. Kurzum: Die FeWo ist nach Lage, Zuschnitt und Ausstattung perfekt, was wesentlich zu einem gelungenen Urlaubsaufenthalt beiträgt. Es war unser erster, wird aber gewiss nicht unser letzter Urlaub in der FeWo des Herrn N. gewesen sein.

Aussergewöhnliche Ferienwohnung in hervorragender Lage

Wir waren 7 Tage in dieser wunderschönen Ferienwohnung und haben jede Minute genossen. Die Ferienwohnung ist ganz neu und mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub zum Wohlfühlen benötigt. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der riesige Balkon mit Blick auf den Yachthafen und das riesige Wohnzimmer mit offener Küche und riesiger Glasfront durch die man jederzeit den tollen Ausblick auf den Bodensee geniessen kann. Zusätzlich zur Ausstattung besticht die Ferienwohnung noch durch ihre Lage: Sie liegt direkt am Rand der Fussgängerzone und der Promenade von Überlingen, so dass man mit wenigen Schritten alle wichtigen Ziele in der Stadt erreichen kann. Da sich zusätzlich im Haus noch ein Supermarkt mit Bäcker befindet kann man das Auto während des Urlaubs getrost in der ebenfalls vorhandenen Tiefgarage stehen lassen. Einziges kleines Manko dieser wunderbaren Wohnung ist die Lautstärke im zweiten Schlafzimmer. Hier kann es schon vorkommen, dass man morgens durch die Aktivitäten bei der Anlieferung des Supermarkts aus dem Schlaf gerissen wird. Aber keine Angst: In dem gemütlichen Bett schläft man schnell wieder ein.
