Urlaub war spitze ... Ferienwohnung zum Schlafen gut ... Dusche etwas klein und Tür zur Küche ... deshalb auch keine Bilder davon im Inserat ... die Vermieter wohnen zwar neben dran , aber erst zum Schluß mal gesehen ... etwas schade ... kennen wir anderst ... aber Preis Leistung geht ... Lage gut und mit Hund gut alles zu Fuß zu gehen ... Ausstattung der Ferienwohnung etwas sporadisch ... aber im Ganzen gut ...

Seenah gelegene Ferienwohnung

Unser Eindruck der Ferienwohnung war positiv. Besonders gut hat uns der in unmittelbarer Nähe gelegene Wald und Spielplatz gefallen. Außerdem war die Lage der Ferienwohnung schön ruhig. Den Bodensee kann man fußläufig gut und zügig erreichen. Insgesamt hat alles zu unseren Bedürfnissen gepasst.

Es war toll. Die Wohnung war super für uns 3. Tolle Lage, alles vor Ort. Wir waren schon oft am Bodensee, aber dieses mal haben wir wieder viele neue Sachen und Seiten gesehen und erkundet. Wir hatten eine tolle, spannende und erholsame Zeit

Lage der Unterkunft sehr gut.

Der Empfang und die Empfehlungen der Vermieter zur Gestaltung des Aufenthaltes waren Top (nett und herzlich). Für Radtouren eine schöne Umgebung. Die Ausstattung der Unterkunft war ausreichend. Man könnte über eine Kaffeemaschine nachdenken.☺Ansonsten hat uns nichts gefehlt. Immer wieder zu empfehlen.

Ferienwohnung in Nussdorf am Bodensee

Diese kleine Wohnung ist optimal für 2 Personen. Unser Hund war willkommen. Der in unmittelbarer Nähe liegende Wald ist wunderschön und bietet viele schöne und gut beschilderte Wanderwege. Der Bodensee ist ebenfalls fußläufig schnell erreichbar. Netter Ort und supernette Vermieter. Sehr zu empfehlen

Gute lage

Zimmer gross küche mit duschzelle und waschbecken soll das bad sein wc ist extra raum der schlafraum ins auch gleichzeitig das wohnzimmer die lage ist sehr ruhig der ort hat nichts zubieten ausser strandbad und kaufland zum strandbad zu fuss gute 15 min bergab in der brallen sonne die lage ist gut man kommt überall sehr flottmit auto hin super ist der parkplatz gleich vor der türe

Bodenseeregion Übertlingen- Nußdorf sehr schön!

Die Ferienwohnung, war leider im Online-Inserat nicht so dargestellt, als wir es angetroffen haben! Mit den Vermietern,hatten wir leider persönlich keinen Kontakt.Obwohl wir erfahren hatten, dass sie ein Haus weiter wohnten.

Unser zweiter Aufenthalt...

..bei der Familie Ackermann im Haus Saibling in Nußdorf-Überlingen war so schön wie der erste. Wir können das Apartment mit der hübschen Terrasse und supernetten Vermietern nur jedem empfehlen. Sauber, Hund willkommen, alles vorhanden was man so braucht. 10 Minuten zum See (Strandbad, freier Strand wo auch Hunde baden gehen können, Landungssteg), 3 Minuten in den Wald und am Nussbach. Der Bahnhof ist fußläufig etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, gegenüber befinden sich eine Tankstelle und Kaufland mit vielen Geschäften. Nußdorf ist ein hervorragender Ausgangspunkt für Wanderungen, es gibt zudem vier Restaurants, einen Biomarkt und einen Bäcker im Ort.

Unser Ulaub in Überlingen-Nußdorf...

...war durchgängig angenehm. Der Ort selbst liegt im Grünen. Von unserer Unterkunft im Haus zum Saibling bei der Familie Ackermann gelangt man in 3 Minuten in den Wald, in 10 Minuten ist man am See. Es gibt einen Landungssteg, ein Strandbad und auch eine Badestelle für Mensch mit Hund. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind ein Bio-Markt, ein Bäcker und Kaufland mit zahlreichen Geschäften. Ebenso gibt es einen Bahnhof. Alles fußläufig in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Unser Auto bleibt im Urlaub stehen, auch dank Bodensee-Card, mit der man mit der erhobenen Kurtaxe viele Ziele gratis erreicht. Unsere Gastgeberfamilie Ackermann war/ist sehr freundlich und hat sich bei Ankunft nach offenen Wünschen erkundigt. Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll & funktional eingerrichtet mit einer hübsch angelegten Terrasse. Kurz - es hat uns an nicht gefehlt. Vielen Dank!

Zweck Erfüllt

Super nette Vermieter mit Hund. Gegend ist Top 500m entfernt ist ein großer Wald was super für Hunde ist. Außerdem ist der Bodensee nicht weit entfernt, wobei man sagen muss der nächste Strand mit und ist ein bisl mit Suchen und laufen verbunden da viele Strände leider privatisiert sind. In großen und ganzen war es für uns ein sehr schöner Urlaub und kommen bestimmt gerne wieder.
