"It was a great hotel away from the business of the downtown area! They had a shuttle though so it made it easy to get to restaurants if needed. The room had an amazing view of Mt Fuji and the breakfast buffet truly enjoyable."

"We loved our stay here. We stayed in a room with a private onsen and a garden. Honestly, garden room is a way better choice than Fuji view since Fuji isn’t always visible. Staff was great. Food was ok- the staff also didn’t read our notes to them that we had allergies and on the first night because of this we couldn’t eat half the food. They did apologize and made up for it the last night. Our room in the outdoor shower had some mold. In the indoor shower, someone else’s hair was left in there (we know it wasn’t ours because we noticed it right as we walked in). The hotel itself smells a little fishy and weird but you get used to it. We also got a massage at the spa and it was incredible. Overall, a nice getaway from busy Tokyo."

"Amazing place to stay I can’t wait to come back. Nothing negative even if I tried to think of it. As soon as I arrived the staff were so accommodating and helpful showing me my room and explaining amenities. I had a supper in my room and they explain everything provided. The included breakfast was delicious. The private room onsen and private baths also incredible. It was so clean. The dress robes and pajamas provided also so lovely. Spacious room. Great view of the lake and view or Mt Fuji from a public balcony. As a solo female travelling I felt very safe here. They also pick you up and drop you off at the bus loop! You won’t regret coming here!"

"Not what we were expecting (it was really big which is not the type of place we normally stay) but if you are just having a couple of nights it is fine. Good shuttle bus service to the station which you can use to get to ''town'' and then wander back through bars/restaurants for the evening. Close to lake front and bridge to get great early morning views of the mountain. Convenience stores close by. Breakfast is very cafeteria style but more than adequate to set you up for the day out. Rooms are small so this is for people who will be out and about. Would be good for groups as you can have shared meals in the breakfast area at other times of the day."
