"Even though the final 2 miles were a bit challenging (not the property's responsibility), we felt the drive worth it. The food was excellent to the extent we were there four nights and didn't feel like going anywhere else. The staff was excellent! They were courteous and friendly. A real pleasure."

"Can’t say too much about how amazing an experience our stay was. Check in process, the room, the scotch in the room, the tour, and the food in the restaurant but above all of that were the staff. Without exception, they went above and beyond to make things special. A slightly wider double bed would be the only thing that I’d change. Just visit!!"

"Situated on the bay across from the pier in Uig, Scotland sits a beautiful cottage type BnB. Gorgeous scenery and a laid back atmosphere is a great starting or stopping point when visiting Scotland’s Isle of Skye with so much to experience! (Nearby restaurants generally want reservations during the summer season.) Catch the ferry to North Uist and go back in time to enjoy its simplicity and stunning views, beaches, wildlife, meet some friendly locals and dine on traditional Scottish fare."

"Atholl house was one of our most favorite stays during our 14 day adventure. From check in to check out we felt so at home and cared for. It is a place you can truly kick back and relax like you are at home. So many thoughtful details have been put into place to make sure you have a comfortable stay. Breakfasts were lovely with wonderful light and healthier options than at other hotels or bed and breakfasts we tried out. Any person with any diet preferences would leave happy. Since we are speaking of food we chose to eat dinner there one evening. We enjoyed dinner thoroughly as well. They are within a very short walking distance to several other nice dinner options. They had a very thorough guide of hikes and places to see while in the area. The rooms had the most comfortable beds and pillows. The shower was a lovely size. Truly it was a wonderful stay. I would definitely book again if I make it back to Scotland!"
