“Oleg, the Manager is very communicative, easy to deal with, and is quick to react to requests. I was in Kharkiv at a time when missile strikes were a regular occurrence and still the property was well maintained and comfortable. Aside from Russian attacks, the general area seems very safe and is very much a family environment with a large playground in the enclave, and a small supermarket and otter shops within a 3 minute walk. ”

“Terrible check in. We started to look for the place, and then we got a new adress when we where half way. Check in early was not possible. And when we got there, we where met by a grumpy cleaning-lady who only spoke russian. She wanted deposit, but wouldn't give us receipt. When we asked for it, we where trethened, and got told to move out. I tried to call the manager 5 times on WhatsApp. He never picked it up the call or called back. Apartment: old, dirty, noise from the road”

“Great place to stay, but the walls seems super thin. Really easy to hear everything from your neighbors. Could hear snoring! Needs more insulation between the rooms to improve the experience, but otherwise nice place! More recently renovated building in a great location of old town Lviv ”

“Doskonała lokalizacja. Blisko Schodów Potiomkina oraz centrum i promenady. Brak śniadań. Brak parkingu na miejscu. Nieduży, ale schludny pokoik z wyposażeniem kuchennym plus łazienka z ręcznikami i przyborami higienicznymi. Manager do kontaktu z gośćmi kompetentny i bardzo zaangażowany w pracę. ”

Clear instructions on how to get there (important! as came two hours late - train delay), immediate reactions via whatsapp, clean - loads of restaurants close by and Kyiv Opera is 5 mins walking. Both Figaro and Nabucco were excellent. Room was nice and tidy, bedroom (upstairs) also very good.”

“Not fully renovated apartment in an old soviet-style building. Bathroom not at current minimum standards (soviet style): old and dirty bathroom, one single tap common to bathtub snd sink, shower curtain too short. Kitchen ok. Sewage smell all over the apartment. No international TV channel in EN or FR. Common stairs very dirty and sometimes broken. Concierge half polite. 24 h availability not available as advertised on Hotels.com. ”
