We stayed for 4 days because it had free parking. The rooms are adequate and the staff very nice although limited english. All rooms have a mini fridge which was very convenient for cold refreshments, They offer bathroom products with every stay. Breakfast is delivered to your door each day and they do change it up a bit. The only thing is its not close to the center of the city. i would encourage booking for a budget nice hotel.

Shower was clogged and room smelled muggy. Front desk GenZ staff lacked basic hospitality skills. Hallway lights didn't work, room key stopped working the second day... Yeah I won't be back

The room is small. No one answered the receptionist phone, and we went down to the front desk and waited for 10 minutes and the front desk clerk was nowhere to be found. This happened after 9pm. The check-in clerk did not tell us how the free breakfast would be served; we ended up leaving without the breakfast.

I strongly request a refund for this stay. The location of the hotel shown on Expedia was incorrect and differed from the hotel’s actual location by nearly 4 km. Because of this, I spent several hours on my first day trying to figure out the hotel’s correct location. Throughout my stay, I also had to pay significantly more for taxis when sightseeing because of the incorrect location information. The hotel staff are aware that the location displayed on Expedia is incorrect, yet they have made no effort to correct it. There were also other serious issues during my stay. On one occasion, my key card did not work, leaving me unable to enter my room. On another occasion, despite it being daytime, all the lights on the floor were turned off, making the entire floor feel like a haunted house. Despite these failures, the hotel staff did not apologize, offer any explanation, or provide any refund or compensation. Given the misleading location information and the multiple problems I experienced during my stay, I strongly request a full refund.
