The negative sides: (i) extremely noisy, because right downstairs is a popular pub. Hence not recommended for a family stay; (ii) the beds were very uncomfortable, making it difficult to sleep. Check-in was partially explained - I got the key from a lockbox but hauled all my stuff up five flights of stairs before calling the host to learn that I needed to go down a side hallway, which had an elevator that wasn't mentioned in the listing...
