不滿：職員與服務、住宿狀況和客房舒適度
DO NOT STAY HERE
On our arrival the manager was extremely rude stating we had not paid, when I showed him our paid confirmation he was still rude, complaining that he hadn't been paid. The bedrooms had no amenties as advertised. Eg no black out curtains (light was on outside all night and curtains were almost clear in colour), safe did not work, single sheets on double beds, no towels. The shared kitchen was absolutely discusting. One small pot and one medium pot, 2 spoons and NO powerpoints that could be rea hed to plug even the kettle in which they had to go and find. Ovens were discusting, when I.opened them they had beetles nesting inside a pot, and was being used as a place to store plastic bags. Exposed wires, extremely dangerous pool for young children. 4 metre drop down one side of the pool to a steuction area, with no barrier apart from a flimsy wire gate at each eand of the pool. They even advertised valet parking (what a joke). Also on the website it is advertised with one name, when we turned up after much difficulty with a taxi it was a completely different name HOTEL ROSANNA. No wonder we had trouble finding Hotel Castello, it didn't exist. We stayed all through the Baltics over 5 weeks travel staying in 1-3 star apartments and hotels. This was by far the worst we stayed in and was a 3 star. For some reason I can't attach photos otherwise I would to show the condition. DON'T STAY THERE.
