The location and surroundings were the only positive aspects.
Unfortunately, almost everything else was disappointing. The property did not live up to expectations, and the service was poor. The place felt poorly maintained, and the overall experience was not worth the money. Staff were not very accommodating, and our concerns were not handled properly. Definitely not an experience I would want to repeat. I expected much more and left feeling that my money was wasted.
Unfortunately, I would not recommend this place and will not be coming back.
I hope management Operations Supervisor ROMER ANDIE MEER takes these concerns seriously and makes improvements.

Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful.
