「Front desk staff was not welcoming at all, was extremely rude to myself and my children. The room itself was nice, however due to the rude staff we will not stay here again. 」

「The front desk staff were very friendly, but the condition of the room itself was absolutely abysmal. Of the three bath towels provided, two were dirty; the bathtub was so filthy that it was completely unusable for bathing. My room was situated right next to the restaurant, and the soundproofing was so poor that I was woken up early in the morning by the noise of people eating breakfast. There was hardly anything edible at breakfast; half of the equipment at the buffet station was broken, and...

「We spent 2 nights in 2 different rooms. I got head lice, the toilet in the second room was loose from the floor. It seems every lock on the rooms needs to be changed out as the key cards wouldn’t work. It is too bad the facility is in such disrepair, as the staff is nice and helpful, but I could not recommend anyone stay here!!!」

「We checked in and when I went to the bathroom - there was no toilet paper in the room. So had to walk down a long flight of stairs (I’m 69 years old ) get me some toilet paper and back up to the room - will not come back to this place - dated and damaged - bad upkeep」
