This was a perfect hotel a couple minutes walk from the Ulm Main Train Station. The room was modern and clean, and the staff was very friendly. Definitely recommend a stay here!

A visit to Ulm for 1 night

Great location right across from the train station. Easy walking area to shops restaurants and the cathedral. Room is small but has everything you need.

a gym in a german hotel is a nice amenity. The rooftop bar is top-notch. Checking in was painless and easy. Walking to the hotel from the train station is literally 2 minutes, its across the street

Two nights in Ulm

In Germany for a funeral. Well positioned hotel for transport links. Good réception but would have been better if someone had told us we needed to use the room key to activate the lift!! Not used German hotels before so was surprised to have to pay upfront, tells you something about the cliental? Breakfast very expensive compared with similar hotels in France but good fare. Overall would recommend.

A modern well located hotel!

A great modern hotel in a handy location right near the main rail station. The staff are really friendly and gave me a free welcome drink on the rooftop bar to apologise for the long wait to check in. The rooms are different with an open bathroom with just a curtain separating the shower from the room so be aware of that if sharing with friends! Toilet is in a separate room and there is a great free soft drink minibar with free cola, orange, water, alcohol free beer etc and a great Nespresso machine. The rooftop Arabic mezze restaurant is great if a little expensive for the size of portions. Really enjoyed the breakfast/brunch until 1pm at weekends, lots of choice, fresh items and good coffee! Right opposite the main station and minutes walk from the beautiful old town too!

Jail feeling with NO view from top floor

Very welcome and friendly staff at reception when arrival WE really feel WELCOME. First room we got SAFE BOX was Not working well so the friendly lady in reception change room for us and even want to help moving our stuff … FREE soft drinks is a very nice touch and more on the plus side NICE coffee machine (NES) …ok NO The and cream….…but the room at top and backside look like inside a jail (not like I had been there) just image NO really view from the window and another very strange things was open bath/shower room and NO private and separate toilet. NO space for your belongings. Sorry this was not our style – 1night was enough but give a BIG plus to reception female.

Modern is cool, but let's keep some standards :-)

Overall a cute and cosy hotel, very modern, room is not huge but smartly laid out, separate toiled (great!), super centrally located, mere steps across the train station! Breakfast was not huge, but had everything that was needed and was delicious. Only drawback was the check-in attendant. Our whole group couldn't stop giggling. I have never seen such long purple claw fingernails on anyone working in hospitality - and rightfully so! ... those fingernails slowed the lady down to a comical degree. She had trouble typing on the keyboard (2 finger operation, lol), swiping on her screen, picking up the keycard from the table ... i mean, she was literally handicapped in doing her job. Hotels have grooming standards for a reason, and I shall happily be called old-fashined, but I like standards even though I am not much older than the receptionist :-)

wir hatten das Pech und hatten das Zimmer im 7. Stock! Im 8. Stock ist die Roof-Bar (die auch toll ist) abervam Samstag war da eine Musikveranstaltung und der „Lärm“ war im Zimmer laut zu höhren. Dann sind noch die Toiletten der Bar im 7. Stockwerk. Die teils gröllenden Gäste,….. Gerne wieder aber nicht im 7. Stock!!
