「What a wonderful property! The cottage was perfect for 2 with amazing views of the stream. Perfect lication just outside of town. Hoping to return soon!」

「This place was just as described- clean, cozy, and convenient. Kerry was excellent at communicating and always helpful (for rental info, but also advice for where to go in the area).」

「This delightful cottage is remarkably well designed and stocked with everything a traveler could want. Huge yard, view of Mohonk mountain, comfortable king bed, excellent shower and pet friendly! We cooked all of our meals during our three night stay and lounged in the many outdoor spaces when we weren't hiking in Mohonk Preserve or driving the country roads. Host was super responsive and has put a lot of thought and love into the property. Loved it!」

「Such a lovely cottage in a beautiful wooded setting. We enjoyed the firepit and the views while sitting around the kitchen table. The cottage was stocked SO well and we especially appreciated that there was high end cookware (no scratched Teflon pans here!). Super comfortable beds!! Very convenient to Woodstock and Levon Helm Studios! Thank you!!」

「Could not ask for a better place, will be back for sure」

「This was a perfect country getaway in a rustic, gated nature community. Charming, cozy and well laid out with a good sized kitchen and winged bedrooms, this magical spot was ideal for a quick weekend away.」

「Jim and May are very cool people. Their wonderful cottage had just the right amount of everything for easy layback living. The Ashokan reservoir is within close proximity and biking could not be any better on all the trails. Let alone Woodstock, which is a gem. Bread Alone on rt. 28 for breakfast is a good idea! Have every intention to be a guest at Jim and May’s cottage again!!」
