「We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was a great spot to watch the bull run. The apartment was clean and well appointed. Laura was excellent. She was very responsive and went above and beyond to help us out. I highly recommend this apartment!」

「They canceled the reservation 24 hours before check in. The reason stated was “natural disaster”. This was for the San Fermin festival. I suspect they rented the apartment for a higher fee and simple made up an excuse to cancel my reservation. I rented this on Expedia - in all communications they asked me to “check my VRBO account”. I don't have a VRBO account. Very poor experience.」
