“Alles super ”

“Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. “The apartment was very comfortable and clean with everything you would need provided. The location was fantastic with a supermarket opposite and on the doorstep of the town centre and the quayside. The bed was very comfortable and the communication from the hosts was excellent. I would highly recommend this apartment and would stay again. ”

“Good location for using bus and train, able to leave car on driveway. Nearby supermarkets. Comfortable, clean home, quiet area, extremely happy with our short break. Thank you.”

“Good host ideal location for us as we were visiting family living nearby. Great cafe opposite for breakfast a bit pricey but great food & choice. Short walk to pub/places to drink. Would recommend”

“The flat was nice and modern. It was relatively clean. The bedrooms were a tight squeeze so quite impractical for people who require more space. The kitchen included everything one could need during their stay and was well kept. The showers had good pressure and were also well maintained. Overall a great experience and good location not far from anywhere you'd want to go.”

“Lovely, new clean house. Great location. Would happily return.”

“Lovely apartment good facilities”

“Excellent all round. Central with easy walking to quay, restaurants of many types, shops, museum, railway station and much more. Excellent communal areas including lift. Very secure parking. Only problem no corkscrew but luckily we had bought wine with a cap!”

The stains are clearly where a dog has urinated, there are multiple patches in the bedroom and also on the downstairs rug and the smell is significant. I reported to the host who offered to send someone around. A couple of hours later I got a response to say they were aware of the problem, knew about the……
