The air-conditioned flat for 2 + 2 persons is located on the ground floor of a family house with a garden in the village of Ravna dolina in the Savudrija area, only 6 km from the centre of Umag.
Only 400m from the beach.
Ideal accommodation for those who like to spend their holidays in comfort and peace.
Private car park near the house with two parking spaces, free Wi-Fi internet connection, dishwasher, covered terrace at the entrance with garden furniture and swing.
The centre of the village of Bašanija is 850 m away, the famous Savudrija lighthouse is 1000 m away, restaurants and bars are within walking distance.
The accommodation has: Bedroom with double bed (13 m²) bed linen provided (weekly change), living room (13 m²) with sofa bed, flat screen satellite TV, kitchen (4 m²) with cooker, oven, fridge with freezer compartment , dishwasher, bathroom with shower (4 m²), hairdryer, bath towels 2 per person per week (no beach towels), air conditioning, terrace with garden furniture (25 m²) surrounded by greenery, shared portable barbecue, shared garden. Possibility to use the washing machine, iron and ironing board on request.
The flat is suitable for couples, solo travellers, business travellers, families (with children) and furry friends (pets) or for those who love long walks or bike rides, for golfers the Kempinski Golf Club is only 3 km away.
There is also a bicycle available.
The grocery shop is about 850 metres away.

The beautiful sandy beach and the restaurant 300 m, the bar 350 m.
The village of Bašanija 400 m. In Bašanija you will find shops, bank, post office, bars, restaurants, fast food.
The nearest beaches of all types: rocky, pebble or sandy are within walking distance.
The Savudrija area is also an excellent area for cycling, tasting excellent Istrian wines, enjoying unforgettable sunsets or walking along the coast with a good ice cream.
In the centre of Umag, we recommend a visit to the museum, the aquarium, the cathedral, a walk along the famous Umag dam, to explore the narrow and interesting streets of the old town, or to visit the stalls and, to the delight of the children, the playground on the waterfront.
To buy a larger amount of groceries, it is better to walk a few kilometres to the largest and most convenient supermarkets such as Lidl, Spar, Kaufland or Plodine. There are various leisure facilities nearby: Tennis courts, the Adriatic Golf Club with 18 holes, horse riding, water sports, night clubs, adrenaline park, mini golf course, fishing. It is also possible to go on various organised excursions by boat or bus.
The area is full of renowned restaurants, simple restaurants, pizzerias, fast food restaurants and bars.
We recommend visiting the Istrian hinterland for days away from the beach or evenings out.
Very interesting is the artists' village Grožnjan, Motovun the typical medieval town situated on a hill and famous for the annual film festival held at the end of July, the village Livade very famous for its white truffle. For cave lovers, visit the Baredine cave. Don't miss the opportunity to visit Hum, the smallest town in the world, just 60 kilometres from Umag. Also interesting are the places on the coast such as Brijuni NP, Pula, Rovinj and Poreč. Organise various fish picnic boat trips where you have the opportunity to visit Rovinj and Poreč or Novigrad.
The day trip by hydrofoil to Venice (if it is possible due to COVID). For the joy of children, a visit to the Istralandia water park 20 km from Umag and the Dinopark in Funtana, where fun is guaranteed.
For gourmets, various options for tasting wines, cheeses, olive oil, typical Istrian prosciutto and much more.
