Absolutely perfect !

This house has it all ! Pool is much bigger than the pictures shows, Wellness area was lovely. Many great places to eat in the nearby villages. Beach also close by. Renovation was done with a lot of love for the details. We had a great time ! Thanks to Manuela and Ante !

Wedding in Villa Lemaliante

We got married in Villa Lemaliante and stayed a few days afterwards. With its big spaces (that held our 100 invited people at the ceremony) and typical Istrian details it made our special day even more special. Those who slept there had a very comfortable rest in those big and soft beds and really enjoyed the whirlpool and the sauna among the peaceful surroundings. Marjana&Sandro

Rollstuhlgerechte Villa für die ganze Familie

Wir waren im Mai für 2 Wochen dort. Das Wetter war schön und wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Wir waren insgesamt 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kleine Kinder. (2 + 4 Jahre alt) Zur Villa: Sie ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Aber dennoch sehr gemütlich. Überall gibt es Möglichkeiten sich zu entspannen und zu erholen. Der Grillplatz bzw. die Aussenküche ist super. Wir haben dort gefrühstückt und auch die Abende verbracht. Die Kinder haben genug Freiraum herumzulaufen. Wir haben eine aufblasbares Schwimmbecken mitgebracht damit die Kinder sich dort beschäftigen können. Beim großen Pool muss man mit Kindern immer sehr vorsichtig sein. Zur Lage: Die Villa liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend! Es ist im näheren Umkreis eine weitere Ferienunterkunft und wenige private Wohnhäuser. Es ist alles mit Mauern und hohen Zäunen abgegrenzt. Ausser den vielen Vögeln und Zikaden hört man nur manchmal die Hunde der Nachbarn. Die Entfernungen muss man fast immer mit dem Auto überbrücken. Aber es gibt in Richtung Umag einen Minimarkt und fährt man auf Umag hinein hat man sofort einen Kaufland / Plodine. Fahrtzeit bis Umag ca. 7 Minuten, ist also sehr nah. Empfehlenswert ist auch der Markt in Umag den es jeden Tag gibt. Dort ist ein kleiner Laden der frischen Fisch verkauft. Zum Spa: Es ist alles sehr schön vorbereitet! Fast schon leider war das Wetter bei uns sehr schön, daher haben wir kaum Zeit und Lust gehabt diesen Bereich mehrmals zu benutzen. Aber alles ist sehr gut zum entspannen geeignet. Empfehlenswert ist es den Whirlpool am Abend zu benutzen, da sieht man die Lichteffekte besonders gut. Aus Sicht eines Rollstuhlfahrers: Die Villa ist etwas für aktive Rollstuhlfahrer. An der Haustür und auch sonst gibt es Kannten mit 4-5cm Höhe. Das Zimmer im Erdgeschoß ist gut mit dem Rollstuhl zu verwenden. Das Bad war ok. Allerdings hab ich meinen eigenen Duschsitz mitgebracht. Der Pool war etwas problematisch. Der Unterschied zwischen dem Wasserspiegel und der Ausstiegskannte sind fast 20cm und da er oval ist und deshalb keine Ecken hat, war es mir nur bei der Leiter möglich rauszukommen. Dabei hab ich mich Rückwerts auf die oberste Sprosse gesetzt und mich raufgezogen. In den zwei Wochen hab ich mir da ein bar blaue Flecken zugezogen. Beim Whirlpool hab ich mir aus der Bank und den beiden Hockern eine Art Treppe gebaut. Die Vermieter sehr nett und hilfsbereit! Ich würde die Villa sofort weiterempfehlen!

Top Villa

Our stay in the Villa Lemaliante was perfect! It is a very spacious and absolutely clean villa with a nice and heated outdoor pool. Furthermore there is next to main house a great Spa-center with a Jacuzzi, Sauna and a little gym. It is very silent and perfect for families to enjoy their holidays. A complete outdoor kitchen with the possibility of barbecue is another highlight of this place. The owners, Manuela and Ante, were very careful and obliging. We loved this oasis of peace and harmony and are willing to come again.
