PETRICCI RESIDENCE - CASA TERINA - PERUGIA AREA
The Petricci Residence is a beautiful estate surrounded by green hills and oak forests overlooking the Tiber valley. It is situated along the border between Tuscany and Umbria, midway between Città di Castello and Umbertide.
The estate consists of a main villa divided into four apartments and two separate cottages. Within the grounds there is a beautiful garden with a swimming pool (shared by all guests).
CASA TERINA (sleeps 2 + 2)
The entrance to Casa Terina (68 sqm) is at the rear of the cottage. The cottage consists of a comfortable sitting room (with double sofa bed for one or two children up to 12 years old) with a large picture window overlooking the countryside. Stairs from the sitting room lead down to a dining room (with a table for 4) and a well-equipped kitchen. In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with a double four-poster canopy bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with bath).
