“Eine außergewöhnliche Unterkunft, perfekt eingerichtet, mit vielen Möglichkeiten, Umbrien und die Toskana kennenzulernen. Erholung garantiert. Matteo, der Gastgeber, ist ein wunderbarer Mensch, hilfsbereit und unaufdringlich präsent, wann immer wir Unterstützung brauchten. Wir kommen sicher nochmal wieder.”

“The property had everything we needed. It was very clean, everything worked well, and it was in a lovely location. Particularly enjoyed the shaded patio area for meals. Would not hesitate to recommend it and would happily stay there again. The property manager was excellent and ensured that everything ran smoothly. ”

“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa und haben insbesondere die Außenterasse mit dem Pool und dem Whirlpool gerne genutzt. In der Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge nach Spello, Assisi und Perugia machen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war verbesserungsbedürftig, was aber auch daran lag, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.”

“i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”
