“Nous venons de passer trois semaines dans cette magnifique maison récemment construite : nous avons notamment apprécié son confort, avec une intelligente répartition des chambres et salles de bain. L'aménagement tant de la cuisine que des salles de bain est fait avec goût. L'efficacité de la climatisation dans toute la villa s'est révélée être un avantage supplémentaire en cette période caniculaire que nous avons traversée.Une mention toute particulière pour la grande et belle piscine dont nous……

“Soggiorno meraviglioso in una villa bellissima, curata un tutti i particolari con camere tutte dotate di bagno, cucina super professionale in una campagna stupenda con piante e verde ben curato. Abbiamo soggiornato per il ponte dei morti per cui, nonostante il tempo ottimo non abbiamo usufruito di piscina e sauna.”

“Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Villa und haben insbesondere die Außenterasse mit dem Pool und dem Whirlpool gerne genutzt. In der Umgebung kann man mit dem Auto schöne Ausflüge nach Spello, Assisi und Perugia machen. Lediglich die Sauberkeit war verbesserungsbedürftig, was aber auch daran lag, dass das Haus schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist.”

“We stayed at Villa Anna as a group of seven in the summer and had a truly amazing time. The house is beautiful, very well maintained, and exceptionally well equipped. The rooms stayed pleasantly cool thanks to the air conditioning, the bathrooms were perfect, and the kitchen had everything we needed. “i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. However when invited for an aperitivo we spent some hours discussing multiple topics and they both were an absolute joy to have……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“We loved everything about this place! our host Gian, was great! We were a group of 10, mostly young adults and two teens. Gian was able to provide 2 extra small beds, so we could have all the girls together in one room. That worked out really well. I really wish we could have stayed longer and that the weather was nicer. Our stay was in January of 2026. One great plus was the fireplace!”
