This place is wonderful for the obvious reasons: the view, the pool, the jacuzzi, the copious space, the charming home. But, the secret and most clutch amenity is named Alice. She has exquisite taste and knows everyone and everything surrounding the property. She helped us get to the best butcher, and arrange the tours that truly made our trip magical. The host Nadia couldn’t have been more considerate and accommodating (even bringing me the most beautiful bunch of flowers for my birthday), and the house is absolutely extraordinary. “Overall the Villa was perfect for us. We were a group of seven adults. There was plenty of space so we could all be together or have our own space when we wanted. Our goal was to have a home base and visit small towns in central Italy. The Villa was perfect for that. We rented 2 cars, and drove to a many different towns. “Klassieke villa van wat oudere datum met klassieke inrichting; ligt zeer rustig in de bossen en heuvels; auto is nodig. Winkels en restaurants op 15 minuten rijden. Prachtig zwembad en verwarmd. Er zijn in de villa zeer veel faciliteiten (o.a. biljart) Host is heel vriendelijk en geeft veel informatie, problemen worden snel opgelost. “i spent 3 weeks in the property, and all i can say is how fantastic it was, everything from the location, to the way that i was welcomed by Alberto and Karen. They both were so helpful and informative of the area,and really made my stay a pleasure. Although they live on site it really did not impact my privacy as they were both so cautious not to impact the holiday. “Wat een heerlijk, ruim en fijn ingericht huis is dit, met een fantastisch zwembad. We hebben heel veel gezien van de wijde omgeving, en het terugkeren naar dit vakantiehuis was elke keer een thuiskomen. Super dat er voor alle ramen horren zitten, buiten hadden we veel last van stekende insekten, maar binnen helemaal niet. Fijn dat er op de slaapkamers grote ventilatoren staan, het was een week lang ruim 35 graden buiten. De grote keuken is super en alles is heel schoon, dankzij de goede zorgen……

“As others have said, even more lovely than photos. We were 8 couples aged 23-77 for a week with room for more. A real advantage is the en suite bathroom situation, albeit some bathrooms and showers roomier than others. Highlight is outdoor dining patio where we took all meals given the mild September weather. Chef cooked two yummy dinners for us. Also glad we ordered villa owner’s olive oil and red wine. Short drive to major Umbrian sights. However, we recommend you go for lunch in nearby……

“Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war nett und unkompliziert. Allerdings wurde vergessen uns vor Anreise mitzuteilen, dass ein Bad der Villa gar nicht benutzt werden kann! Zudem war das Haus bei unserer Anreise nicht geputzt. Was unser Urlaubserlebnis in Summe doch sehr getrübt hat. Das Haus ist in die Jahre gekommen und nicht nur die Betten haben die besten Jahre hinter sich. Wir waren zu dritt, haben uns aber gefragt, wie man als Gruppe von 8 Personen die Mahlzeiten gemeinsam einnehmen……

“Wir hatten einen traumhaften Sommerurlaub mit 9 Erwachsenen und 13 Kindern/Jugendlichen in Guidos Ferienhaus „Eleonore“. Wir haben den Aufenthalt am großzügigen und sauberen Pool genossen, gemeinsam gekocht und draußen auf der Terrasse gesessen. Billard und Tischtennis wurden gerne genutzt und die Schlafzimmer waren alle individuell und gemütlich. Am ersten Tag gab es Probleme mit einem Bett, sowie einem kaputten Toilettendeckel. Guido hat blitzschnell und diskret einen Austausch veranlasst.……

“How can we say enough about this wonderful property and amazing host? For my husband and myself, it was our second stay at Gian's house, and we wanted to share the experience with friends. It did not disappoint! The three couples each had a very private area of the house with one couple in the master suite, one upstairs with their kitchenette, and the other in the pool house.
