“Excellent host, terrific communication….. memorable accommodations, area and relaxing!!”

“Fantastisches Anwesen wie ein botanischer Garten mit vielen wunderschönen und auch großen Bäumen sowie mit einer Allee bei der Einfahrt. Genug schattige Fleckchen als auch pralle Sonne, wie man es so mag, auch am Pool. Sehr altes und schön restauriertes großes Haus mit Anbau (ehemalige Mühle mit Wasserantrieb) mit dicken Steinmauern, somit bei unserem Aufenthalt wunderbar erfrischend innen, auch ohne Ventilator und Klima (beides in den Schlafzimmern vorhanden). Es gibt drei Bäder, zwei oben und……

“Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt im Herrenhaus. Der Pool ist großartig, der Blick atemberaubend und die Ausstattung ist super. Wir waren eine Gruppe von 14 Personen plus zwei Kinder. Jeder hatte sein eigenes Schlafzimmer inkl. Bad. Die Bäder sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und leider riecht es etwas aus dem Abfluss. Das Haus an sich ist sehr alt und das Leitungswasser nicht trinkbar. Alles in allem hatten wir eine tolle Zeit. ”

“Very nice villa to relax in the countryside. The town of Fabro is only a 15 minute ride to restaurants, train station(free parking) and other shops. We found the villa to be very spacious and relaxing. One item to note, there was seven cats (at the time of our stay) living outside the doors of the property. We were told to feed, some bring some cat food.”

“My friends kept thinking we were just sending them pictures of postcards and not actual photos of Gian's Villa! The beauty and architecture was only outdone by the peaceful and picturesque beauty of living atop an Umbrian Villa for the week. There was plenty of room for all six of us and even used another spare bedroom as a temporary office. The beautiful kitchen was fully stocked and afforded us some wonderful space and amenities to have our daughter and daughter-in-law hone their Italian……

“Fransesco was an amazing host. Always available for any questions or guidance. The home was a special treat as it resembled a stately manor with incredible views. The pool area was our daily sanctuary from the heat. We also had a pizza making evening that was incredible in the beautiful courtyard. ”
