Beach side heaven

Such a gorgeous house tucked away and private. We loved the outdoor bath and the firepit is a gorgeous design. Totally recommend this house for a relaxing getaway.

Fantastic little house, very comfortable stay.

The house has been expertly renovated and is a great place to stay for exploring the Central Coast. We found it quite difficult to find initially as it is located behind another house, and Umina itself is not at all "touristy", but once we got over those two issues we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house is close to being brand new and is very comfy. The bed and sofa, two things we think are hugely important, were extremely comfortable, and the aircon was very welcome. The front and back gardens were very impressive, nicely manicured and completely dog-secure. all in all a very nice place to stay.

A tropical island feel

Such a beautiful property . So clean , very welcoming comfortable clean and amazing courtyard and bath / shower outside in a private little sanctuary . I’ll definitely book again and for longer next time . Two beautiful nights was not enough . ☺️🙏♥️🌺

Dog’s Beach Break

The property was just what I wanted for our short break with my 14 yr old grandson holidaying from Hong Kong, my lovely dog Liza & myself. Rest was just as it was represented & Liza was in 7th heaven with the dog beach. The outdoor “rooms were all perfect & we loved coming back from the beach & relaxing with a coffee/hot chocolate/doggie treat in one of the comfy outdoor areas. The kitchen was best equipped I have ever had in rental property. Overall 5 star experience. Will be back 👍

Nice and clean little place.

We enjoyed the stay very much. Very comfy lounge room, good quality kitchen, great bed and outdoor living area. Although near busy road it was very quiet. Lovely coffee shop two minutes walking distance. If the weather would have been great, we would have also had the use of the fantastic outdoor bathroom. The only thing we struggled with was the small internal bathroom, but this would not stop us from going back again.

Amazing Place to Relax & Recharge

My young girls and I loved this house it was like a sanctuary, private and had everything we needed for a little get away on the school holidays. We especially loved the outdoor bath. Will definitely return.

Short break

Accommodation was exactly shown on site. 4 min walk to beach, quite location. Outdoor space would be very enjoyable in good weather. House has everything you would need and the appliances are high quality items. Not a large house (2 bedrooms) but the living space is quite ample. Had a problem with using the tv remote which I found very annoying. If you are not familiar with a Samsung remote it may take you a while to work out how to adjust the sound and channel buttons. You need to push the buttons up or down to adjust. Would certainly be happy to have a return visit sometime.
