Thanks for your reviews, and first of we have to inform that didn't make any falsely advertise in our sites, and on arrival we reserved a 1st floor room and not a ground floor, all our rooms facing to the ocean and not like other places all the rooms have direct sea view, and every day we are cleaning the rooms and there was a problem with the cable TV and we ask to wait in the restaurant until the work finish,it takes only half an Hour and we gave the room back, the wi-fi is working properly and we didnt get any complain about wi-fi,any how we will thanking you for staying with us and we are really sorry for the inconvenience, we try to give our best service in your next visit, All the best

thanks for your reviews, and when you booked we told if you want to check-in early in the morning you have to book that night, but you told that you can wait until to check-in time, we do as our promise, and gave the room at 1.00 pm, and if any customer used the mini bar they have to pay, any how we will give our better service in your next visit, all the best

Dear sir, Thanks for your review, and there was a power cut , our generator starts withing 1 seconds, any how you didn't get any meals from our restaurant and it is not nice giving comment like this, and you used our wifi all the time , and didn't tell us it was not working, once again thanks for your review and we hope give better service on your next visit, all the best, The Villa Team

Dear Sir/Madam, Thanks for your comments, and on your period we had three four times power cuts in the general line, because there was a major repair. If you can remember , in that time we used our generator, and as per your request we change your fridge and totally we got 10 sun beds as well as umbrellas, we cleaned your room every and changed linen . we will improve our service and the facilities ASAP. and hope to give better service in your next visit.
