“This is a very well designed townhouse, with spacious bedrooms, ample storage, well appointed, attractive and functional throughout. The location is excellent, with walking access to the lake, foreshore, bbqs, playground, waterpark, cycleways etc. Walk to the impressive SAM arts complex with cafe. Views to the lake and evening coloured lighting were lovely. There is some noise from the road at the front of this particular Unit, but it quietened in the evening and did not interrupt sleep. “We had a lovely stay at Zankersfarm. We got to see chickens, pigs, cows, pick garlic flowers, and learn a little bit about sustainable farming from our amazing host Tracy. She’s so passionate about what she does and we’ve had a lovely time chatting with her. We also got to meet a Jack Russel named Jack who tried sneaking into the tiny house a couple of times. It was definitely the highlight of our stay. He’s such a funny dog. They also have a shop where you can purchase organic meat, garlic,……

“Overall the house was satisfying. Only the price was a bit expensive. It was stated maximum of 12 person sleeps. We have paid the house base on what have been stated online. When i declare that we will be 11+1 infant, there were additional $800++ extra to pay. I have contacted the host & he said the price is based on how many people were staying. So im a bit confused as it was stated for 12person stay. I thought that the price was based on per house per stay but it based on per person per stay.”

“We received no check in information in the lead up to our booking, I sent a message through Stayz and got no response, so the day before we were supposed to check in I sent a text message to the number provided. I was then told by the owner that we could not stay at the property because it was damaged and the owner asked me to cancel the booking on Stayz. “Our kids were playing a tennis tournament at Shepparton Lawn Tennis Club and the location of the apartment was therefore ideal. Having three toilets and two showers was also very convenient given we had three tennis players (including two teenagers) travelling with us. We would have loved to have a little more cookware to prepare our own meals but the accommodation was otherwise tidy, neat and as described in the ad.”
