“Staff definitely needs training. Sara Martinez from the reception took almost 20 min to check me in, because apparently she couldn't find my Expedia reservation. She also helped multiple customers over the phone and in-person while I stood in front of her. I was in town for business and needed internet connection - and it sucked! Jesus from maintenance helped me, and after a couple of HOURS I could actually work on emails and calls. Food is super overpriced and bad! The only positive thing about……

“The rooms have a sour basement odor, the refrigerator leaks. The water was cold, the tub doubled as the shower and it was not clean.... the bed was hard the furniture was cheap. The TV speaker was blown so it rattled. The best thing they have going is the lobby and the breakfast. The pool is beautiful and well kept. The staff was helpful. But this hotel needs upgrades BAD!”

“Al hotel le hace falta muchísimo mantenimiento, las cosas se ven mal y desgastadas, el baño estaba roto, la cortina se rompió estando ahí, los muebles se ven gastados. La puerta del cuarto está pelada. Hace falta mantenimiento esto daña la experiencia. ”

“La propiedad está en buen estado, el aseo puede mejorar un poco pero está bien. La comunicación puede mejorar antes de entrar al apartamento pero una vez entraron en contacto, todo salió muy bien. El apartamento es interior y no tiene ventanas a la calle.”
