「We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Gloria is amazing, very communicative and stayed in close contact anytime we needed her for questions. We always felt welcome, as did our dogs! We had plenty of room to have our son and his wife and our 3 grandbabies over for a belated Christmas. The cottage is very close to getting to town and having dinner, stopping by for groceries or just to go for a drive. We even got snow while we were here! It was so beautiful and the fireplace makes the whole place...

「The cabin itself was really nice. All the furniture was comfortable and clean. Great location, very close to Banner Elk. Unfortunately, some of the amenities were not in great condition. The icemaker was broken when we arrived, and the hot tub looked like it hadn't been serviced recently. The "ConciAir Team" was slow to reply to our messages, but did apologize for the inconveniences. That all being said, I would be willing to stay there again if they agreed to address the hot tub issue. 」

「What a wonderful cabin to relax and play in! When we walked in my son said “wow we are really staying in a cabin!” The beds were comfortable and cozy. The bunkbed was fun, it doesn’t have a bar on the top so my son was a little nervous. We used the pull out couch and it was good too. The kitchen was fully stocked, except for a colander and a peeler. It was nice and quiet and relaxing. The hot tub is fun too!Thank you so much for the time here! It was wonderful!」

「Cozy, rustic and comfortable cabin. Nice fireplace and well equipped kitchen. We enjoyed watching the deer and turkeys roam around each morning. The shower was a bit tricky/slippery for a senior citizen like myself. The steep and treacherous dirt road to the cabin is better suited for a Land Rover than my Lincoln but over all we really enjoyed our stay..」
