I was only there for one evening but it was clean, easy to get in/out, and location was good. I'd gladly stay in the same spot the next time I'm in town.

One night stay

The apartment was a perfect place for two people. Super cute and cozy! It was very clean. The couch was contemporary so very small so it's not for an extra person to sleep. The location is perfect for restaurants and walking downtown. I would stay again if it was just my husband and me!

The loft was clean and accommodating. It is located within walking distance of restaurants and breweries. It does get loud on Friday and Saturday night, because it is in the same block as the 3 main clubs in JC. Other than the noise of the crowds, music, and sirens, it was a very nice place to stay.

Great Property

This property is a conveniently located downtown Johnson City. It is quite spacious and has a beautiful view off the French Balcony. Our only complaint is that we were told it is above a restaurant that has live music on Saturday night. We felt this wouldn't apply to us given we were there on Friday night.HOWEVER--there was a DJ Party on Friday night from 11PM to 3AM. We feel we should have been warned.

Business trip

Check in was easy. The loft was nice and clean in an awesome location. Unfortunately the door to the lofts main hallway has been pried open before and anyone with a pocket knife or screw driver has easy access to get in walking straight off the street because the bottom door to the stairs stays propped open when the restaurant below the lofts is open for business. Also the shower water pressure is very weak and the hot water runs pretty fast. I can handle that but I don’t like that the listing says it sleeps 4 people. There’s a queen bed in the bedroom and an inflatable mattress for the living room. That’s misleading unless you’re a kid. I still liked the loft I just think it needs some improvements.

Great Downtown Stay

Me and my wife celebrated our 19th wedding anniversary and stayed in the downtown loft and couldn’t have been more pleased. Loved the close walk to great restaurants and shopping. The liveliness of downtown was entertaining and would definitely stay here on our next trip to Johnson City!

Nice place, too noisy for me as i live in the country. Wlfi went out second night and i couldn't get hold of anyone, so made for a boring evening as i was too tired to go out.

Trouble with someone banging and yelling at the entrance door and trying to break in. Had to yell at them and threaten with police. Unsafe. Can’t go out after dark. Had maintenance knocking at my door to come in at 11:45 pm because of no water. A leak below at the noisy restaurant. Not a good night!!!!
