「I felt compelled to write this because our stay at this hotel was genuinely the best we’ve ever experienced. The hospitality was exceptional—every staff member, from security to the reception and restaurant teams, greeted us with a smile and went out of their way to make us feel completely at home. Our 4-night stay was wonderful, and the hotel’s peaceful location in a quieter part of Ooty made it perfect for a relaxing getaway. 「The location is really out of the world, I have been to booty many times in the past, but this was the first time I been here and totally new side of ooty. Its right for people who like silence, peace and enjoy the chill weather. the roomsare spacious and very comfy with clean bathrooms.usually hotel roomsare compact and cramped,but this hotel rooms are very spacious. I will def come again.」
