“The house was lovely for us. We loved that it’s basically located on a working farm and within close proximity to beaches and ice cream! This added to the charm and convenience of this property. Describing it as Waterfront is an accurate in that the property backed up to water, but there was no access to the water from the property. This was just a minor thing for us, but if you have your heart set on walking from the house to the water, it might not meet your expectations. Our stay happened to……

“If you are looking for the perfect beach house, this house has it all. We had a full house of family ranging from 7 to 75 and we all felt at home. The owners had excellent real time communication and was very helpful. The pictures don't do justice. It's a high ceiling, large kitchen and a separate bedrooms. The upstairs lookout was the kids favorite. The beach was everything the kids wanted. They played on it every day :) 100% recommend and would love to return. The town is quaint and……

“The "Small Cottage" was perfect in so many ways! In a lovely remote setting with beautiful trees, manicured lawn and overlooking the water. It was too bad we couldn't have a campfire but totally understandable with the fire ban. Highly recommend !”

We had a great time in Kensington and would go back to this home in a heart beat. The kids loved the room and were so excited about the toys.
