“I felt like I was in a high-class Manhattan condo staying in this studio loft. It was impeccably clean with lots of windows, easy-to-use blinds, modern sleek decor, and top-of-the-line appliances including a full size washer & dryer. The mattress was firm; the sheets were super soft. Roomy shower with a fancy shower head and GREAT water pressure. We were in Charlotte for an event at the Convention Center and my husband walked there (although I took an Uber for just 5-9.) Be prepared for a few……

“The room was not in good condition: shower handle fell off, multiple bare spots on the walls where previous artwork was apparently removed and not repaired. Hall tree that was falling apart, stool that was falling apart. Gym was extremely lame. No EV charger as promised. Silverware was difficult to find. Extra towels were in a closet that was not easy to find. Instructions for checkin were not provided until we called. Parking place was taken so we had to contact staff in order to find a……

“We had a wonderful stay at the condo, it was close to where my son lives, and we were able to spend some quality time at the condo. It was a little chilly to use the screened in porch, but it is amazing, and we hopr to stay there again in the fall! ”

“We stayed here for 4 days. The condo is nicely furnished with a comfy sofa and bed. We were welcomed with a cute basket of edible goodies. The hot water was hot and high pressure ( which I enjoy for showers). It is an older condo but that doesn’t take away from the comfort. There was plenty closet space for our bags and clothes. There isn’t a lot of grass if you have a dog but our dog was fine doing his business. The location was ideal for us because it was only a short distance from downtown……
