「We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this home in a heartbeat. If you're looking for a place in German Village, you really can't beat the location. It's just one block from beautiful Schiller Park, and the neighborhood is full of historic homes, great restaurants, coffee shops, and so much history. We loved being able to explore on foot.Built in 1910, the house has all the charm you'd hope for in a historic home, while the inside has been beautifully updated with modern furnishings. The...

「We enjoyed our stay very much. Nice cottage near the lake. It was equipped with everything we needed.」

「This was such a nice and quaint home. It was a perfect home away from home.」

「Our host Corey was very accommodating and answered all my questions quickly. We stayed 1 night to break up our long drive from PA to StL. The pictures don’t do it justice. It’s so much nicer than what the pictures show. It’s a perfect little place to stop for the 4 of us. The old records and record player is very cool. Very clean and well organized! The boys (19yrs) loved the loft area with their bed and tv to hook up their Nintendo Switch. The bottom room was beautiful and very peaceful after a...

「We absolutely loved our stay! The cottage was cozy, welcoming, and beautifully furnished, making it a wonderful place to relax after a busy day. It was also incredibly easy to find and get to, which made our trip so much less stressful. The location was perfect for us because it was conveniently close to where we were attending our concert. Our host was responsive, helpful, and quick to communicate whenever needed, which made the entire experience even better. We truly appreciated how...

「So cute in the heart of German Village」

「We have spent several vacations at Newland's Resort since 2004. We have always had a great time there. It's just the relaxing environment we needed. Lake time is the best time. This year it was super hot and the AC was a bit of an issue but overall a great experience. Many thanks to the Newland family for alll they do. Well see you soon.」

「The most comfortable short-term rental we've ever stayed in!」

「Great location, 」

「This is a little hidden jem, situated in a very nice quiet area of Indian Lake. My husband and myself will definitely be returning for a longer trip where we can enjoy all the fun of the lake.」

「The cottage was immaculate. The property was clean.」

「Nice stay in a great neighborhood, great communication.」

「There are loads of shops nearby. The house is located in a very quite neighborhood. It is super cute and very spacious. Outdoor seating is aplenty. I will definitely look for this house to rent again when we return to the area. The host communicated with us and told us to reach out if we needed anything. I couldn't be happier of the choice I made when traveling. This is definitely the house to pick when staying in the area.」
